Stay away!!! If I could I would give them "0" stars. I don't leave reviews unless horrible service/food. And even gave them a 2nd chance....So last yr on veterans day Nov. 11th my daughter had neck surgery after recovery & being discharged she wanted her favorite place (Wendy's). So we got her what she wanted. Wendys completely messed up our order missing items, food cold & was doubled ordered/charged on my daughter's order because the lady I guess couldn't get it right even if her life depended on it....when I only asked for one! Then I went inside after checking our drive-thru order & receipt. Mind you she supposedly fixed the double order/charge. They were upset with me for their mistake? Then didn't want to refund me saying their policy is to give store credit...how when I didn't even order double of what I was charged. Then they gave me a refund of cash and not of the full amount & wouldnt give me another receipt.🙄 So fast forward a year later an once again....I went last night to try them again and yet again messed my whole order up missing cheese, lettuce & bourbon bacon sauce, onion. Buns not toasted on chicken sandwiches and tasted old & fell apart on first bite...couldn't even eat it. One of the chicken patties didn't look cooked nor crispy like the other 2. Had order 2 Baconators and again items missing on both the npatties were so over cooked dark & dry ...again couldn't eat it. An everything not even hot even the fries weren't full and soggy. The saddest part is the list goes on & they don't care don't tell you their out of items an still get nothing right even after trying to fix it. This place needs a new staff, management once again or they will continue to lose more customers and the store won't make it & be closed down eventually. Sad my daughters wouldn't even eat their food they were so sad they jus wanted cereal an nothing more. Should of just stayed home an all ate creal for their price and bad...
Read moreThis was the most unsatisfied Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had! My family and I came for dinner after watching a movie & wow what an experience. For starters it took for ever to even get acknowledged. Even after they noticed us, no one greeted us nor attempted to do their job as take our order. The employees didn’t seem to care. Finally after a few moments, what seemed to be the manager (based off the shirt she was wearing) said “ oh I’m up front huh” she finally came to take our order but she still didn’t greet us or anything. She just stood there until we started ordering. I can go on and on about how filthy the tables were or how the employees and managers were goofing around or how I had to ask for napkins to clean the table our selves. Not to mention the soda machine was out of everything. There was no napkins , utensils, straws or condiments available for self serve. I had to ask for all of that individually as if she didn’t know we would need a fork for the salad, spoons for the chili, or sauce for the nuggets and so on. I paid 48 and some change for horrible service, old baked potato’s, soggy old fries and nuggets. The burgers and chili were the only warm decent food. We are fairly new to SB and I love Wendy’s so I was excited when I noticed the Wendy’s location wasn’t too far from home. Sadly I will not be coming back. Read moreI ordered the Hot chicken sandwich , which was all hot and no flavor. I didn't like it and took it back. The woman who took my order through the drive thru Said no problem and asked what I wanted...(Big Bacon classic) i pull up to the window and a woman wearing a Grey shirt ( I assume she is a supervisor.she asked me what was wrong with the sandwich...i said exactly what I told the woman. She then proceeded to argue with me as if i was wrong and my opinion didnt matter because she goes over to where the burgers are and decides to give me a regular chicken sandwich which i assume was cheaper then the hot honey chicken sandwich . So my complaint is why would a supervisor not give me the burger that I wanted...she didn't care that I wasn't happy nor did she ask me if I even liked the regular chicken sandwich....I'm an adult who paid my hard earned money to get treated like I had no opinion on how my money was to be spent ....and what would it matter if she gave me the burger I wanted both the Hot chicken and the big bacon classic had bacon...but I did not get that on the regular chicken sandwich....for shame to you wendys ...you should demote her for not caring what customers want or say about the...
