Alright, listen up, caffeine-deprived buddies! Your friendly neighborhood muscle enthusiast is here to drop some truth bombs about this bakery & coffee joint called "Sour & Dough" out in Estero, just a stone's throw (or a slightly aggressive golf swing) from Fort Myers. And lemme tell ya, this place is my daily dose of "yeehaw, let's crush this day!". This is not your basic beige caffeine dispensary. First off, the atmosphere, man. It's like if your coolest, most artistically inclined friend opened a bakery-slash-coffee joint in their ridiculously well-decorated loft. Think exposed brick flirting with some seriously quirky art, the kind that makes you go "huh?" in a good way while you're sipping your liquid gold. It’s the perfect backdrop to mentally prepare for the day.

But the real reason I practically live there in the morning? The amazing squad behind the counter, they're warmer than a post-sauna glow, and their craft game is excelence.

And then there's the wizard behind the espresso machine. This dude ain't just a barista; he's like a coffee shaman, and mind reader, whipping up concoctions that perfectly match my mood, and make my taste buds do the Macarena. Sure, they nail the classics: cappuccinos and iced lattes. But then BAM! He hits you with some next-level wizardry. We’re talking Piña Colada Coffee, which tastes like a tropical vacation in a mug. Tiramisu iced coffee that’s basically dessert for breakfast (don’t tell my nutritionist). Dulce de leche espresso frappĂ© that’ll make you wanna tango. And don’t even get me STARTED on the Strawberry iced Matcha Latte or the white/dark chocolate Raspberry mocha flat white – it’s like he’s channeling a caffeinated unicorn.

Seriously, this place isn't just a coffee stop; it's a daily dose of inspiration, fueled by some seriously crafty coffee concoctions and served up with a side of genuine warmth. If you’re anywhere near Estero and need your morning to go from “ugh” to “yeah, I got this,” get your buns (and your taste buds) over to Sour & Dough. Tell ‘em the gym dude sent ya – maybe you’ll even get a secret off-menu caffeine masterpiece. You won’t regret it. It’s the kind of place that makes you wanna say, "Namaste... for...

Hate to say I’m disappointed but I am. Ordered an Americano, a tiramisu latte and a chocolate croissant. The chocolate croissant tasted like the rise overnight Trader Joe’s brand except it cost $7 a croissant
then when I asked if we could make the tiramisu latte warm the cashier said no and when I inquired why she had no idea. Would’ve appreciated a valid reason, if it was the toppings then those could’ve just been left off. The coffee beans also tasted very burnt. Funnily enough the americano took the longest to receive (waited about 25 minutes for it) and it is just overwhelmingly burnt in flavor. After experiencing all of this I’ve also noticed that the girls up front seem to have a lot of free time to go on their phones and ignore customers but not to wipe off tables with bits of food all over them. The baker/chef seemed to be the only one doing his job. The aesthetic is great and it’s a really cute spot to sit down and chat but I would definitely not...

I was really excited to try Sourdough Bakery, but my visit was a bit confusing. When I arrived, there were no menus or boards listing the available sandwiches, which made ordering difficult. The employee was kind enough to list the options for me, but due to a heavy accent, it was hard to understand, and I ended up just getting a ham sandwich. It felt strange to have to guess what was available. The seating situation was also a challenge. There were only a few small tables, and a large six-person table was occupied by one person on their laptop who hadn't ordered anything. As a paying customer, it was frustrating to see limited seating taken up by someone using the internet. We ended up in a slightly awkward couch area, which wasn't ideal for eating. This place has so much potential! The menu and seating issues seem like easy fixes that could greatly improve the customer experience. I wish them the best and hope they can work out the kinks because the...
