Urban Buzz Coffee — Restaurant in San Carlos Park

Ever since the shift to the toast platform…previously purchased giftcards stopped working so I gave the girls my gift card info and the owner Alex was supposed to do something on his end to fix it. Went back two days later to get a drink and asked the girl what’s up about it & she said he’s not in today and her hands are tied. It’s been over a week now and I haven’t heard anything about it and have now called & left not just one, but two voice messages for the owner(s) saying I’m getting pretty irritated that fixing people’s giftcards has clearly not been a priority when it should be. I’m sorry, but if you’re a business owner you do not get off days when you don’t have things working properly at your stores. the sting’r energy drinks are great (and the lavender fields matcha) other than that, everything sucks in my opinion. but i still go for the energy ones. the coffee drinks taste like straight milk and anything blended no matter if it’s a “smoothie”, “milkshake”, etc will be the same textured drink. smoothies are just ice w a bit of concentrate, no actual fruit is added as far as i know. and the milkshakes aren’t a typical milkshake thick consistency where it’s basically soft ice cream, it’s just some ice and milk. i used to complain about the long wait in the drive thru but they’ve really made it faster! the girls that work here are nice! not a fan of the founder but his son, the manager at the estero location, seems nice! everything to do with urban buzz is the sons ideas anyway. inside the place is cute and i love the stickers u...

Ok, I love this place so much. I come here at least 3x per week. I recommend iced matcha with honey, iced chai lattes, and any of the beachy stingr/green tea drinks! They have a ping pong table, beanbags, hightop tables (my favorite!!!!), regular tables, and egg sofa chairs. :) a really cool mural, great and frequent discounts/sales for members (free with phone number), and really nice employees!! My only complaints are: 1. It’s a little loud with the machines and sometimes the coffee grinder thing has an overpowering burnt smell, 2. Main complaint that’s really just for managers: there’s a few flies that are in the seating area, can you please put a couple of traps or something? That being said, I still come here SO often and love it so much. So happy to finally have something other than Dunkin/starbucks. Love...
