Came in to get a burger. I decided to start slowly, and Guage their efficiency. Glad I did. Ordered 2. Jr Cheesburgers, and 1. Jr Jumbo Jack. I requested extra ketchup on all sandwiches, and to be provided a small cup or container, with extra pickels, so I may eat a hamburger that I enjoy. No sense in ordering extra pickels and having my visit become unenjoyable. Just wait.... The extra ketchup, and pickles, for 3 small burgers I could hide under a coffee cup, came to just under $3.00 including the sales tax ! SO I canceled the additional ketchup, paid and was issued a receipt. I went to sit at a dining room table; most were un clean, un wiped, un maintained. Several tables and areas had accumulated food scraps and build up of crumbs, I WAS SHOCKED. The soda dispenser had large splatter stains from ketchup near the floor , and had only 2 of 30 fountain flavors available ???? My table top had crumbs, sticky soda drink rings, a wrapped straw under it, a broken chair back, BUT I had the best view of the Dirty Trash strewn parking lot, and the filthy, destroyed, outdoor eating area. When my order was called for pick up , the presenter, who was also the order taker and cashier, and also the Manager: ran off. I checked my order, there was only ( 1. ) pickle slice on 2 of the burgers. 1. didn't have any pickle, it was found under the small tomato slice. While checking the order, the food was not overly warm , or hot. I requested it be represented correctly. The manager took the order to the grill person area. They couldn't simply MICROWAVE it for 25 seconds ; rather they both hemmed and hawed, retoasting buns and redoing the simple 3 item order. The Jr. Jumbo Jack was a disaster, and in disguise from the menu board picture. The hamburger needed to be split in two , have several packets of ketchup squirted , and a couple of pickle slices added. The burger didn't like being upgraded. Mind you these sandwiches were just starters, to Guage the locations skill and abilities, and it's mission to provide customer satisfaction. The Jr Cheesburgers were nothing to write home about, appeared to be both bun sections steam glued together, nothing of the internal ingredients was visible nor evident. But they were hot, hot, hot ; good show on that segment 👍. I added more ketchup to both, and the remaining pickle slices that I had been compt. 👍 they were the showcase. The dining area was un swept, an interior front door trash bin was stuffed to overflowing, Only COCA-COLA original flavor, and 1. other offer were available to be dispensed ! 1/3 of the dining tables surfaces were not presentable for dining customers, there were generally a variety of crumbs and lettuce shavings, and single French fry, and a straw, and soda residue in dining area. There's no Posting that explains why the toilet door is locked, is because an ENTRY KEY is required. You might try the door, it's locked, and wait for the occupant to finish inside and exit : so you can wash your hands before dining. One employee who is tasked with doing multiple customer experience services, is so verbally loud and obnoxious!!! He needs an inside voice, and some customer skills training. He sounds like 2 cats, at night, up on a fence about to scrap. The manager lady was pleasant, but way over her head on how to operate a franchise location, and position her shift personnel, and maintain duties lists, like is the approved...
Read moreLady at the drivethrough argued with me when I told her my order was incorrect.
I told her my drinks were incorrect and she literally said "no you didn't!" verbatim when I told her what I had ACTUALLY ordered.
She then proceeded to flail her arms with MAJOR attitude and with a snarky tone says "Ok then give it back."
She then proceeded to take the cup BACK into their kitchen area after it had already been in our hands and in our vehicle, tossed the soda and reused the same cup to get the new soda. This was a HUGE red flag for me. CONSIDERING WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC NO FOOD ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN IN A CUSTOMERS HAND OR BEEN IN A CUSTOMERS VEHICLE SHOULD BE BROUGHT BACK INTO THEIR PREP AREAS.
Also literally HALF the order was missing and burgers were cold. Additionally when ive been here in the past they are so unprepared that they often ask you to park and wait for your order.
The owner of this location also refused to refund me for the poor service, poor food quality, missing and incomplete order and overall TERRIBLE experience.
I, like 99% of the people, dont keep my fast food receipts. He claimed he NEEDED the paper receipt to give me a refund even though I had shared all the details with corporate already. I offered to give the time, date and last four digits of the card used and he literally said he couldnt look up the info in his system which is absolutely untrue.
If you want COVID safety DISREGARD, bad service, long waits, and a franchisee who couldnt care less...
