Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in San Clemente

It seems to be hit or miss. I've gotten good service but sometimes it's not the best. Today I stood in line for 15 minutes waiting to order. I ordered a club deluxe and waited in line for them to put all the ingredients on it. It was finally my turn and I looked as the person prepared the sandwich and proceeded to add things I didn't want and realized maybe it was a different person's sandwich. Then they started preparing the orders for the people behind me. I was listening to a conference call so I stepped off the line. Because I had to listen to the last portion of the meeting. The guy preparing the sub came out and asked me what I ordered. And I asked him why they missed my sandwich. They said an online order was filled instead in place of my order. I wasted twenty minutes just trying to get my food with nothing but excuses and still got a sandwich that was missing salt and the extra oregano...

This was an amazing experience here and the food is always great. I don't know her name,but she is the manager for sure. One of the employees overcharged me by accident and she immediately fixed it and was very kind through the whole experience. I watched a different customer that was giving her a hard time about something she had nothing to do with and she handled the whole situation with kindness...

Idk why this place high rating when it's the worst location. Took about 40min to get my order done. I literally ordered it through the app, get there and waited forever. The tall guy who is usually there was talking to a customer the entire time I was there. It was empty. Instead he called a girl who was in the back to make my food. Not coming back here. They are...
