Navroz Mediterranean Grill — Restaurant in San Clemente

I am a regular customer of your store and regularly order takeout food. The staff know me by face as a regular visitor. However, the incident that occurred caused me serious disappointment with the quality of service.

I came to pick up my pre-ordered food. Before receiving my order, I decided to use the restroom, which caused an extremely negative reaction from one of the employees. He persistently knocked on the bathroom door, and when I came out, he expressed obvious dissatisfaction and stated that "the toilet is only for customers," despite the fact that I am a customer who came to pick up my order.

I would especially like to note that I am not obliged to announce in advance that I am a customer, just as the store employee is not obliged to clarify this status before allowing me to use the restroom. This approach creates an awkward and humiliating situation for visitors.

Sooooo delicious! I wish we were local to be regulars for this restaurant. We were searching for healthy locations to eat and Navroz Mediterranean Grill showed up. They did not disappoint! Do not be fooled by the minimalistic decor and seating. Their food is quality and we have tasted plenty Mediterranean dishes in the past. I got the chicken kabob salad that came with a Naan flat bread (which had the tasty consistency of both Naan and Pancake... so good)! My recent visit to Navroz Mediterranean Grill left much to be desired. Despite the high prices, the quality of the food fell far short of expectations. The chicken dish I ordered had a foul odor, making it impossible to eat. Additionally, the rice was undercooked and lacked proper preparation. The hummus, while advertised as a savory delight, was overwhelmed by an excessive amount of garlic, resulting in an unappealing taste.
