Wahoo's Fish Taco — Restaurant in San Clemente

I just ordered two meals and beverages from the Wahoo's on Camino Los Mares with Door Dash.

When the order arrived I saw the driver approaching the house with only one drink. I asked him where the other beverage was and he said the Wahoo employee said it was all there.

I checked the bag and thought I saw the drink, but it was just the lid to the salsa.

I called the restaurant and the employee that answered the phone said I got the drink, accused me of lying and said I was a bad customer.

When I asked for the manager he said there wasn't one. When I pressed for the managers name he said he was the manager. When I asked what his name was he said it was Chris. I asked him if he is lying about that and he said he was.

We have dined at Wahoo's several times and never received such horrible service. I will be going to the restaurant to find the manager to share our awful experience today in the hope that they can correct it for future patrons. We will not be visiting this...

Sad... I asked for brown rice that did not have butter in it as I'm lactose intolerant. I was with a friend and got chatting and eating and about half way through realized it was white rice... It had a brown tint to it so I assumed it was ok. Also they allow pets to eat in the store which is clearly against the health code and against the law... Just as always, no one mentions anything in just allows it to happen. It's really easy to say we only allow pets in the outdoor seating. Most people will go out there if you say that... And yes you're allow to say that... Dogs have fleas and can carry diseases like typhus which is deadly... Let alone people that have allergies or prefer dog hair not to be in their food. Please people keep your pets at home. Don't be selfish and inconsiderate to...

I went to get my wife lunch and they made her meal twice as a mistake on their behave and I got my meal went to my car and the manger ran to my car and I rolled my window down and before I could say a word he put his head in my car and his hands in my wife’s food to see what I got then said oh sorry we made it twice. Being on my lunch break I didn’t have time to go back in and get my money back and get a new meal. I called to tell them I wanted my money back the cashier lady argued w me calling me names and said I was wrong. With Covid going on this was completely unsafe and rude.
