The cashier is the reason they lose a star. Touches food with no gloves after handling money. She was confused on the order of consume con carne y sin carne. So she opened them. I paid for my meal and was told they have no change in cash, but will get back to me after a few customers. Waited 20 minutes. Asked if I'm ready to order. Again she is reminded that she helped me already, I am waiting for my order and change due . I never said anything else, except for the amount I paid and the change amount, since she needed a calculator to count. I was patient never rude. I understand cashier's get confused. Received my order 5 minutes later. She just left it on the counter. Forgot to give me onions and to tie up the bag. If I am lying double check the cameras from 10:30 am until 11am I'm wearing a blue shirt. Standing in the same spot. On today's date. This place has good tacos but the waitress are horrible. Rude, not welcoming, and when I was here i saw them talking on the phone I’ve been eating here for about 15min not even a “hello” or we’ll be with you in a minute. Horrible service, I only came here because it was the only taco spot open, I tried to call and they picked up the phone I would assume just to stop the phone from ringing, because I could hear the waitress just carrying on a conversation, and when I showed up I was ignored for a good amount of time, the 2 waitress ignored me, one was on the phone what I assumed was a casual conversation and the other one just stood there doing some non essential things. Poor service, the place was crowded and we got the only table available (it was dirt also) the waitress came and she start to clean the table but no beverages or menus where offered, she just said she'll come back, two more parties left and two NEW parties came, were SEATED, order TAKEN and beverages SERVED, and us? not even with menus, and the big "OUT OF SERVICE" sign outside of the bathroom is a big deterrent. Expect worse service than in a CARRETA (parking problems, yelling to get your order taken, no bathroom). Can't talk about the flavor because guess?? yes, we left!!! I think as a sentri holder It would be faster to go to TJ and back in the time they seat...
