This little out of the way place nestled off to the side of the Wells Fargo Bank in the Southland Plaza shopping in San Diego/Imperial Beach/Nestor area was quite a find. The sandwiches were really good and made to order, they have pizza but....I thought I'd give it a try just to get an overall view of the place. On that day let's just say I was not impressed. The pizza was on one of those warming cases. Throwing caution to the wind...I took a sausage/pepperoni slices. The slices were really big but not alot of sauce and the crust was dry. But I was really hungry and just ate it. I observed at least 10 more people get the slices so maybe it's just me! The service at this place was fast, very helpful, very accommodating and REALLY friendly! I thought to myself this place should b busier for real....Not for the pizza but the sandwiches and the service!!! I'd say maybe the pizza is better fresh outta the oven but I don't think it was...

Personally I like the name, Murica. Seems a bit corny but it's simple and it works.
Location is tucked away, almost had a hard time finding it. Simple and clean, I get some Italian American vibes due some religious iconography, could be wrong.
Service was more than decent, attended to right away and the kid looks like he knows where to find a good cannoli, I'll probably ask next time.

Price is fair I would say for the amount of food you get. Quality isn't boar's head but I don't feel it's subpar meat either.
I would recommend if you just want a simple All...
Read moreAsked for a Philly , guy mumbled if I wanted what sounded like ingredients to a Philly “ peppers , mushroom, onion “ is what I think I heard so I said yeah.
Paid. Said it would be 15 min . It was actually like 6 .
I felt like having what I thought would be a normal Philly. These animals put raw onions & melt the cheese to a crisp on half the bun thru those cheap conveyor ovens.
Meat feels like rubber bands & im glad they skimped out on the protein because it’s rubber. I’d throw it on the ground but I’m afraid it would bounce back and hit me in the face .
Pizzas did look good tho. Should have just got a slice instead.
EDIT-I removed those onions from the sandwich & attempted to eat it. But it was just not doing it for me . I’ll try the pizza if I’m ever in the area and...
