Very unprofessional staff. I went to return a coffee maker WITH receipt and they still reject it. They told me they couldn't accept it because no manual. I was very puzzled at first, then told her there was no manual. She checked at the very bottom where I didn't need to check because everything else was in place but nothing. I asked if maybe it was a factory problem, but they did not help at all. She then told me my option but no way to return it. I then asked what could have happened and she straight up told me it was my fault. I mean, Walmart is known to have products open in the aisles so why do I, the customer who had payed for the product, need a manual for? Everything else was in place no problem. You would think they would know of their problems. Anyway, I admit I did wrong because after that I lost my temper. I said I dislike thieves in angry voice but immediately left home because I don't want to cause problems and the staff don't deserve it. However, another staff passing by heard me and straight up told me to leave. I looked at him as I was leaving and saw no security badge (if this store has any) and no manager sign on him so he had no authority to ask me to leave. I'll contact the manufacturer and see if they can send me a small manual so I can at least print it to return it. But this store never again. EDIT: After I contacted the company, they gave me the info. It was a 2 sheet manual so easy to print. I was able to return it this time. Read moreWorst Walmart ever!! Only go there when it's an emergency because it's close to me. I honestly could not believe the way the staff treats their customers. It is unbelievable! On one occasion an elderly lady was in a panic when she realized they were only doing self checkout, which happens often, Not one register open just self checkout. I saw her ask for help and the employee told her rudely "just scan your stuff!" Then she walked away. The elderly lady was so confused. I went to help her then the checkout was card only, she wanted to pay in cash but for some reason it wasn't accepting cash. I looked for a manager to help but she was the worst. She told us card only! I asked her if she could please open a register for the lady who only had a couple of items and could only pay in cash. She was so agitated with the request and just sent the elderly lady to the other side of the self checkout lines. She said she could pay in cash over there. I asked if someone could help her and she just walked away. I bought a box of decorative little Starbucks cups for Christmas, they supposedly came with hot chocolate packets in each cup, when I opened them all the cups were empty! I didn't even go back didn't want to deal with the horrendous treatment. This place always has stuff all over the aisles, it's a mess. A elderly customer was asking an associate (Zara or Zamora her name starts with a Z) in the beauty/shampoo section if she can help her get something that was locked up all the associate told her was “ I don’t have the key “ nothing else . I saw that the elderly customer say “ I need help “and saying she can’t open it And once again the associate says “ I don’t have the key “ I go and try to help the elderly customer by pushing the button saw / heard nothing happened when I did and the associate told me “ just push it once “ I told her “ I’m trying to help her now since your not” and yeah she just acted like she was looking for something walking around the elderly customer like she don’t see her standing there . So many associates around and no one walking towards her to help her , because they don’t have the key ! .
