DO NOT COME HERE FOR THEIR "PROFESSIONAL" SERVICES. This is what they did to my door and left it hanging that way for over a month. Just look at the pictures. I PAID ALMOST $1800, for this? Not to mention the 3 days I had to take off work so far. I originally ordered a door from Home Depot on 4/26/2018 YES APRIL 26TH!! THE DOOR IS STILL NOT HERE! Then door came and when half way through demolishing the old frame they realized that the new door was the wrong size. Look at the pictures. Yes those are cuts on both sides of the frame and into the stucco. THEY WERE CUTTING MY OLD FRAME WITH A JIGSAW WHEN THEY REALIZED THIS! Their answer was to just throw a bunch of screws in the frame and call it good and left. After this I received no response or updates UNTIL I CALLED THEM COMPLAINING! There are clear holes to the outside from THE FRAME of the door and the door itself is only held on by a couple screws. Numerous calls and all I get is "well we can have someone come by and put MORE screw in the frame and the "expedited" order is taking over a month. It’s taken longer than the original door did?!?! That is not expedited. This would be OK if it were a door inside my house. BUT THIS IS MY FRONT DOOR. LITERALLY THE ONLY THING KEEPING MY FAMILY SAFE FROM INTRUDERS WHEN I'M NOT HOME! I HAVE A WIFE A KID AND DOGS! If someone wanted to get through my door in the condition it is in I'm sure they would have no problem and I’m supposed to be OK with this? I'm really upset how all of this was handled. No updates and seemingly no care or concern for how my house is doing. I will never come to home depot for work again. I am 100% certain that this would be completely unacceptable in their homes but its fine for mine to be like this I guess. I advise everyone to stay away. Get someone who actually cares to do the...

I have to say, that Home Depot is one of my favorite stores. I’m the kind of girl that always says let’s do a project. I was caught off guard when I went in on May 8 looking to pick out floorings bathroom tiles washer dryers refrigerators for a studio that I’m building. I found the perfect flooring. The color was perfect. It was $2.49 but they had a four sale sign for $1.99. I said to myself that’s in my budget. A young man said, today’s the last day for that sale price. I said perfect. I’ll come back and I’ll place the order. A couple hours later spoke to the same young man. he said we have your order form ready, all I had to do is complete the transaction. the young lady that was helping me put in the order. It came out regular price $2.49 the employee of Home Depot told her? that someone forgot to take the for sale sign off last night. She said no problem I will honor the price of $1.99 per square foot just need to call my manager. She spoke to the manager and the manager said! she wasn’t going honor the dollar sale price.The Home Depot employee explained to her that the sign was left out from the night before. her response was, doesn’t matter! Offer her $50 off the entire I was shocked. I didn’t yell, I didn’t have a meltdown! I know she was wrong. I laughed and told the sweet young lady that was helping me that it was OK. I’ll come back another day and pick a different flooring. She apologize many times! Whoever was manager for that day, does not have the qualifications to work at such an amazing place. she should’ve honored the sale price. I have been shopping at Home Depot for over 25 years. This is hands-down, the friendliest most helpful Home Depot in the world! One example is today I was asked five separate times in different departments if I needed help. Then I went to the parking lot and was trying to get my mini refrigerator into my car and two Home Depot workers stopped to help me, carry into my car disassemble the box and take away the trash. What a great experience! I think his name was christian.

August 23, 2024. I met “Mr. Green” isn’t the paint section. Never met a worker in any Home Depot paint section with the knowledge that Mr. Green had. Super friendly and educated me about different systems, paint, and technique. He’s the man and put me at ease with painting my house.

August 25, 2024. We were looking at flooring and Chrystal approached us and educated us in all the brands of luxury VYNIL. Her sage advice and personal perspective helped us make our decision. She also helped us decide on our shower floor and walls and was patient with our indecisiveness.

29 August. Ronnie was super helpful on my checkout and made me smile. Friendly people always make spanking money a pleasure. lol.

Francisco was super helpful today. Humble and helpful. A great combo and good customer service.

Chris (Portuguese speaking) clerk is so helpful as well. Glad I could speak to him in Portuguese.

Rick only met me once and two days later called me by name....
