A rebranding of an older location. Still the same issues as before though. Menu: pretty much what you remember from the previous location with some new stuff. That being said the drinks were great before. I recommend the Tiger Thai, it was amazing. Price: Worse than Starbucks. Almost $8 for their large size which is about the size of a tall at Starbucks. I mean it's great drinks and more intricate but it's definitely not cheap. Staff: All collage age or younger, way overworked, casual people. I would say seemed nice but they are forever busy and all constantly working and little customer interaction besides drink orders amd delivery. Vibe: are you collage age, or younger? This is your spot. Tons of people that age group inside and around. The space: Simple, and cramped. Simple basic tables and chairs, but with the order area basically at the front door and a huge number of customers and wait times for drink delivery 5-10 minutes you have a ton of people standing around in a cramped area. The covid screens are great but covid screens and masks means it's really hard to hear the worker so every one has to lean around the screen to hear what the other said defeating the purpose of the screen. Location: Super easy to get to, Super small location though. Parking is also often very full and designed for narrow cars. Outcome: If you liked what it was before it's exactly the same so far. It would score higher but it's so cramped inside it should just be a walk up window. With out anywhere to really wait outside except for a rivals patio the space, and high volume of customers, and over worked employees really drag down any experience other than getting a tasty expensive drink. Do not go there just order delivery. Even getting inside for pick up is difficult.

Overall, can see that they are trying to be creative with their drink options. Would say though, it is quite expensive for boba ($7.20 for regular size matcha with boba). Got this drink since it's one of their most popular, was very sweet and thick consistency. I think some of their drinks may be a hit or a miss. Pro is that they have a lot of outlets at all the tables

Fairly broad menu of bubble tea options at reasonable prices - the mango green tea was good but perhaps a little sweet given I asked for 25% sugar and I think it is syrup-based, not fresh fruit. The boba pearls were the star of the show - perfectly chewy and a subtle sweetness. Bathroom was not working when I visited but there’s one in the Peet’s next door.

DRINKS Oat milk alternative available Matcha green tea powder is unsweetened, so yay! There is an option for a completely unsweetened drink. No espresso available. No coffee available (only pre-made Vietnamese Coffee which has condensed milk in it)

ATMOSPHERE Seating is great for groups But -- Lights are too bright. But -- Entire shop and seating area smell intensely strong, like urinal deodorizer block. They use way too many cheapo artificial-scented cone fresheners. Just use bleach and an unscented detergent for cleaning. The bleach denatures so quickly after disinfecting and killing off odor-causing bacteria, so you can have a neutral-smelling business establishment. SERVICE Young workers, but efficient and good customer service overall.

Open late til 11p on weekends, but be aware that the parking lot attendant will go around to all vehicles to leave the property by 1200a. He reports vehicles and also chains off the exit/entrances of...

Enjoyed the black tea...

...but,

a Security Guard comes around 2230, and

demands the place is closed.

I was enjoying a nice evening outside.

I had ordered three teas.

Thought about confronting him by asking

for his card, it's a $250 dollar fine if you

don't have on you, and I can arrest him

and hold him for the police.

But I decided not get into it.

I will never return again.

I will go to UTC instead, which never gives

me a problem.

So you lost a good paying customer over

a near miminum wage renta cop, wearing

a dirty uniform.

Figures.

I'm not surprised.

But there are better...
