Dr. Pandi is one of the most knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate, and truly dedicated veterinarians we have ever experienced. Words cannot express how thankful we were for the unparalleled level of care that she provided for our senior dog Bailey. We brought Bailey in to see Dr. Pandi after she was failing to respond to antibiotics for a UTI and her symptoms were worsening quickly. Xrays showed numerous bladder stones, and over the next couple of days as we waited for tests to learn more about the stones (e.g., type that can be dissolved with food, etc), her condition worsened further, to the point where she was completely blocked and could not urinate. We called Dr. Pandi in a panic and she fit us in that night for urgent surgery to remove the stones. Not only did she remove the stones (and while keeping us as reassured as possible), but she also found another stone that had lodged in Baileyâs urethra, in a rare spot for a female dog, and one that on xray that looked like scar tissue to another expert. It was a rough couple of days for our little one â we had to bring her in daily for a catheter and imaging to try to locate and solve the problem. Dr. Pandi was communicative and responsive throughout, even during the day when her clinic was closed and we were concerned that Bailey was struggling. She went over and beyond during these days to help us. Her commitment to solving Baileyâs problem gave us confidence that she would figure out what was wrong, and she did. As soon as ultrasound and other tests confirmed the lodged stone (late evening), she found a 24 hour emergency clinic that could take Bailey that very night and perform a procedure to get the stone pushed back into her bladder (its size prevented it from being removed). We are now a couple weeks out and still working with a specialty clinic to fight the infection and dissolve the last stone, but are finally hopeful that Bailey will be on her way back to health soon. However, we simply wouldnât be where we are without Dr. Pandi, who truly went above and beyond for us and Bailey, and we cannot thank her and her Urgent Care Pet Clinicâs staff enough. The level of care that she provided for both Bailey (and us) is truly unique and one that should be greatly acknowledged. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Pandi and her clinic to anyone in need of veterinary services â she is simply amazing and we are so thankful for everything she has done for...
Read moreHighly recommend this urgent care clinic if you are in need, especially after hours. We have an almost 4 year old labrador (probably Marley's offspring). He was not feeling well for a couple of days and then started vomiting. He threw up a mango seed that we thought he had passed 4 months prior, but afterwards he was still sick and we knew something more serious was going on. After hour animal hospitals were quoting us 3-6 hour wait times to be seen. A friend told me about this clinic, we called and they were able to get us in within 30 minutes (around 9PM). Literally everyone we talked with at this clinic was great. Friendly and caring, we honestly received better care and compassion from our first visit to this clinic than we did from our own vet of 11 years when we called about our dogs illness.
We saw Dr. Pandi and really liked her. She took xrays and could see a blockage in his small intestines, gave anti nausea meds and barium with intention to xray again the following day and see if he was better to avoid exploratory surgery (which they are capable of doing there). By the next day, he had pooped a pacifer out that he ate of our baby's and was back to his usual self. Dr. Pandi personally emailed us to check on him and we received a follow-up call from their clinic. Every single interaction we had with them was great, seriously impressed. I am the type that is very hesitant to take my dog to just any clinic based off reviews of some other places and I am so glad we found this clinic if we should ever need to see them again which we hopefully will not but...
Read moreI highly recommend Urgent Care Pet Clinic! My small dog ate a bag of chocolate chips, so I called Urgent Care Pet Clinic because they were the closest urgent/emergency vet to us (I had never been there previously). The woman who answered the phone instantly put me at ease, asking me the necessary questions and assuring me someone would be ready for us once we got there. At the facility, every staff member was incredibly warm and explained to me in detail what they were going to do and why they were doing it. Everything about my dogâs prognosis, treatment plan, and cost of treatment was very clearly communicated to me so there were no surprises. Their knowledge and confidence that they could help my dog made me feel so comfortable in what had previously been a very stressful situation.
I truly cannot say enough positive words about the staff here. My dog quickly recovered and they treated me with such kindness while I waited. They also promptly sent me an itemized receipt and medical notes when I said I needed those documents to submit to pet insurance. Hopefully we will never be in this situation again, but if we are I know who we will...
