Where to start with this experience.... First and foremost, what happened to the portions for what I'm paying for it's expected, not this medicore portion. Second, why was it so cold that the atmosphere is so dreary now. Third, what's with the customer service when asking about the small portions I was giving such a snarcky remark that I was not about to argue, so I just took my food and left. I went to get a cup of complimentary water from this location and they charged me 50 cents which was very odd, I ended up being so mystified by this that I contacted another location to see if this was there policy. Turns out the other locations do not charge 50 cents for water and I was. This is more than likely due to them assuming things about myself due to my racial background and that should never be tolerated. The food is delicious & the portions are sharable. We tried various sushis and so far all are delicious it’s hard to choose which one to eat next. The other day they had metallic music which was actually pretty good & this time they had pop the music varies but I enjoy its at a perfect volume. Also there is two Latino guys that always so helpful, give an outstanding customer service, and always on task so far they are the only two guys I’ve ever seen clean the restrooms.
