Henry is a very nice manager! Always ask to speak with a manager. I ordered a Most Bestest Cheese pizza and I got a regular pepperoni pizza, NOW I am a vegetarian ALMOST vegan if I didn’t eat cheese. I don’t eat any other animal product but cheese so I don’t understand how you can mix up those two they don’t even sound the same I know we are all wearing mask but come on. I ended up having to go to a different little Caesars location to get my pizza because I did not want to go back to the same location especially when the employee which don’t get me wrong is very nice actually gave me a compliment on my name so that makes it That much harder to complain but he did not really rectify the situation at all he kind of turned it on me that he asked me did I want pepperoni and He should’ve explain to me that a pepperoni pizza has pepperoni on it ?!? I’m like what kind of answer is that it’s kind of just doing a mind game on you and I’ve been a vegetarian for THREE YEARS now there’s no way I would’ve ordered a pepperoni or said yes I’ll take pepperoni I know what pepperoni is it’s a pig therefore it’s an animal I don’t eat animals ! so anyways I still would want my correct pizza that I paid for and the situation to be corrected and he did not offer that. So I ended up going to a different little Caesars location because I really wanted Pizza. So of course I ended up paying again and using my gas in my car to get a pizza that I originally wanted and of course they understood me and gave me the pizza correctly. I don’t know how hard it is to understand Most Bestest Cheese Pizza over a regular pepperoni pizza but whatever so I ended up calling the corporation because that was not right the handling of the employee he should’ve corrected the order instead of telling me you can come in again and pay for the order you want when I should’ve had the correct order in the first place. That’s why I say always speak to a manager. I did not even think when I got off the phone that I should’ve asked to speak with a manager. Managers get things done so Henry was the best, Great customer service, corrected the order, even threw in The Crazy Combo which consist of the breadsticks and Marinara Sauce And my Three-year-old daughter started reaching for the pizza when it was done and he was handing it to me she was anxious to get the pizza and he saw that and he said oh here you go threw in a bag of cookies! So that is how you do Customer Service he did not have to offer me extra breadsticks, didn’t have to give me cookies for my daughter but he did that and I really appreciate that! So I’m leaving this review five stars for the location ! Will definitely be back !
Reminder Side Note Once again when there’s a problem ask to speak with management And Two Always check your receipt and Food before you...
Read moreHonestly the food is good but I feel like you get ripped off here! I noticed this: if you walk in and say you want a "pepperoni pizza" the cashier will automatically ring up an EXTRA MOST BESTEST pizza ($6) instead of the CLASSIC pizza ($5). The first time I asked for a pepperoni pizza with jalapenos and pineapple, they charged me for $6 for the extra most bestest pizza (when I just wanted the regular pizza) + $3.50 for my two toppings. I let it go. The next time I visited this place, they did the EXACT SAME THING! I pointed it out to the cashier and he said that they charged me $6 instead of $5 because of the extra toppings I added. Okay? I'm paying $1.75 EXTRA for each topping! You're saying I also need to pay $1 extra just because my pizza is customized? No. The truth is that the cashier guy automatically charged me $6 for the EXTRA MOST BESTEST pizza instead of the classic $5. He messed up, it's cool. Everyone makes mistakes. But the first time I came here the other female cashier did the same thing. I don't mind paying the extra dollar but if I don't want the EXTRA MOST PIZZA they shouldn't automatically assume and charge me for it. Bottom line, I worked at a little Caesars for two years... Either this is a marketing strategy or a careless mistake each employee makes. I bet they do this to every customer who wants extra toppings or just a regular pizza. "Take $1 from each customer and they won't notice" right? If they continue to do this I will change my rating because I don't appreciate dishonesty....
UPDATE: I visited this place again and purposely asked to have the EXTRA MOST PIZZA ($6) + Pineapple ($1.75) and the cashier said my total would be $10.75. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??! That does NOT ADD UP! He explained that the he had to charge me $1.75 for the extra pepperoni, $1.75 for the extra cheese, $1.75 for the pineapple, and $1 for the extra most pizza. Dude. That doesn't make sense. The extra most pizza is supposed to have extra cheese and pepperoni for ONLY $6. WHY ARE YOU CHARGING EXTRA?! DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. I walked out. Never coming here again they're seriously onto some fraudulent stuff....
Read moreI like Little Caesar's but this place makes me never want to go back to one. Some of the rudest staff there. Especially this one young girl with glasses there. Over charged me cause she misheard me and rung me up for the wrong thing which in and of itself would've been fine after correcting the mistake. But she acted so snotty and rude to me about it. Hurried me out of the store even though I was the only customer there in the afternoon. And she also forgot half my order 30 f*ing seconds after I gave her my order and walked away before I could ask her for the rest of the stuff I just over payed for! I don't know if she was high or something which is fine with me if you're at home or whatever but when it affects your job performance like that, management should do something about it. I never feel motivated enough to write reviews but I'm fed up with that place. They've gotten my order wrong on too many occasions. Take my advice and either go to a different pizza shop or at least a different little...
