Burger King — Restaurant in San Diego

I deplore visiting this location, every time I wind up in the area. My last visit, was awful. Actually had to repeat my order 4 times. Bacpn,Eggand cheese biscuits were dry, had hard chunks in them iced coffee order was a disaster. Drive thru employee was RUDE. TODAY , the biscuits were eeehhh ok, however was actually charged .20 cents for a small cup of water, cup is not not counted like a soda cup. Most fast food places GIVE as a "water cup" to customers. My regular BK. in Old Town, on Rosecrans, "Awesome store, BTW, Manangent and Staff alike, make an AMAZING TEAM !!!!!! Food is fresh and hot. always CLEAN, they live up to the old BK slogan ..... Have it YOUR way , at Burger King.....I've never heard them charge anyone for a water cup..... anyways .... looks like I need to get a doughnut with my 7-E lb. Even coffee... to tide me over till I get back to Old Town store..... the have the best 2 Bacon,egg n cheese...

Had some guy loudly repeating one line from a song over and over the whole time i was there. I had 3 kids and the young kid who called my number didnt want to wait a minute for me to get up for the food.

The kids were a little rowdy and I needed to make sire they calmed down a bit before I left for the food. He turned around and took my order with him. Gave his back to be for much longer than I took to get to the counter. Passive-aggressive much? One of the other employees noticed and took my food from the kid and handed it to me. This particular store hires the worst employees.

Tables are always dirty. Soda fountain is always dirty. Bathrooms are dirty. Ketchup dispenser is always filthy. As far as I'm concerned this place owes me that star I gave them... go somewhere else or at least a...

This place is straight garbage. A dumpster fire has more curb appeal. From the staff all the way down to the cleanliness of the entire place. I stopped by to order off the menu and I politely asked if I could use the restroom. I'm active duty and was in uniform at the time. They denied me the basic human right to use the restroom until I had ordered. Sure, okay. Pressed for time and in a hurry, I asked if I could use the restroom and then place my order so I could be on my way. I understand it's for customers only. I had intended to be a customer until I was treated so poorly by the staff and they're people skills. So I left hungry and unsatisfied with the service provided at this establishment. 10 out of 10 wouldn't recommend returning here until some kinder...
