Food: delicious Customer service: fantastic I ordered through the website and recieved a text letting me know they could help if I needed anything. I have a nursing infant with severe dairy and egg allergies, which means I can eat those things without making him sick. I replied to the text asking to confirm that I had succeeded in ordering items with no dairy or eggs. I got a detailed response letting me know that there was one item I had chosen with dairy (the only one on the menu 🤦🏼♀️), and giving me info on what other items I could safely order. The food arrived promptly, and the items I was able to eat (Crispy Chicken Nuggets and Avocado Bulgogi bowl) were delicious. I am so grateful I was informed not to eat the Nutella Chia Pudding, and my baby didn't end up suffering! Their crispy cauliflower is more soft than crispy by the time it gets to you but still really good for a healthier meal. The scallion rice I didn’t touch, it was dry/ plain and could easily make it at home I wish I would have got a different option.
I also ordered the chicken nuggets and tbh the seasoning on the outside was horrible. I pulled every bit apart just to get to the meaty parts of the chicken and through out the rest. I think it’s suppose to be karaage style, but not my favorite.
Also to charge $7 for that tiny Loren’s coookie dough is a rip off! You can buy a whole pack of pre made cookie dough to bake at the store for that much. The cookies are way better than the edible dough.

Thank you for your response to my feedback. I wanted to provide additional details about my recent experience.
When we ordered, the person at the front assured us the food would be ready in 10 minutes, which prompted us to proceed. Around the 12-minute mark, the same person mentioned the food was just being packed. At the 20-minute mark, when I asked again, the food was still not ready.
At that point, we requested a refund. The staff member informed us that the manager was out and that we would need to wait for their return to approve the cancellation. After wasting so much time waiting in the cold kiosk area, hungry after arriving from the airport, I was left frustrated and disappointed by the experience.
