I love paneras food and I order a lot from their different locations (mostly this location) but I’m disappointed to say that 80% of the time my order has an issue. There’s been times that items were missing or the wrong item was given to us or sometimes they add the wrong ingredients. I usually customize my food and I understand that I’m asking them something extra but if they’re having the option for customization then they should make the food the way the costumer asked for it’s not like I’m asking for anything crazy just remove one ingredient and add another shouldn’t be that hard. If your workers are going to add the wrong ingredients 60% of the time then there should not be an option for customizing the food because they are incapable of doing so. At this point I felt the need to write a review because I thought maybe this way the manager will do something about this. I have been ordering food from Panera for my lunch break at work for about 2 years now and all 3 locations I have ordered from have these issues. Today I got food for lunch and when I got to the office to eat my food I noticed my salad was half empty and they put very little dressing. This is a salad I order every time so I know how much salad is usually in the container and how much dressing they put so I was very disappointed they decided to not give me enough food. They also forgot to add any utensils to my order (when I specifically asked for utensils when I ordered online) and I couldn’t eat my salad and only ate my sandwich. Read moreReceived multiple orders of tea wrong. If there was another Panera nearby then I’d go there… I’m here 5 days a week pretty much. The rating is for this particular location. This location is very inconsistent with orders. I’ll order tea and one day get 2 tea bags and another day one tea bag. The people are very polite most of the time though 😍That’s why this review isn’t 1 or 2 stars. I’m very particular about getting the order correct and consistency though. This location just isn’t consistent yet. Some days it’s available at the pick up area, some days it’s at the counter. Can’t social distance as much if I have to walk past the people waiting. Will update later if I get more consistent results. I don’t get it curbside because I don’t want to have to ask someone to go correct an order. I would feel horrible. So I can just go in 👍

UPDATE 3/29/21: This place messes up too much. Received a notification my order was ready 28 minutes ago... Still no order in my hand. It’s a simple tea. Get new management. Now getting curbside because I guess now they don’t put the hot water if you pick up inside -even though they used to. I have a system to wait after it’s ready so it’ll cool down.

Read more5 stars for politeness - everybody here is always very kind, so that's a huge plus, and I wish I could give it an overall 4 or 5 stars, but the actual Panera quality of food and the fact that they always run out of things definitely knocked off two stars.
This morning at a reasonable breakfast time no eggs were available. You would think that it would cross their mind to say "I can offer extra bacon instead of the egg," or "I will charge you a dollar less because you're not getting the whole breakfast sandwich without the egg," but it didn't.
Coffee is always lukewarm and/or running out, which seems pretty consistent with all locations. I also ordered a brownie and my whole meal was for here but it never crossed the mind of the person helping me to ask me if I wanted my brownie warmed or to put it on a plate.
Again 5 stars nonetheless for the actual customer service, and everyone including the lady who took my order, is very sweet here. They just need to think outside of the box in terms of compensation when they run out of things, and of course try not to run out of stuff! :-)
Still overall a pleasant go to, though I must confess I typically don't come to Panera anymore unless I've been given a gift card and this was the case today, as well. It's just pretty pricey for what you get these days.
My whole bill for a breakfast sandwich came to $15.90 with the brownie and a small coffee, and to reiterate, the brownie wasn't warmed, the coffee was lukewarm, and there was no egg on my "bacon egg and cheese...
