I am a frequent customer here, or more fittingly, WAS a frequent customer here. My last order and concurrent pick-up experience were truly and utterly terrible. My order for a chicken and green pepper pizza, (for someone with dietary restrictions) arrived with additional toppings , including a meat which could have been beef or sausage, as well as black olive. Not to mention that the sauce was clearly from the bottom of the pan, and was burnt and seriously over-reduced, and to top it off, the pizza was cold. This was only realized after arriving home. I didn't check my pizza, because I was so busy lamenting over my pickup experience. When I walked into the store, I was greeted by blaring music. Although i enjoyed the song, it was so loud that the one person on the floor, couldn't hear me shouting and knocking on the counter to get his attention, until the entire song had finished. Then, upon paying for my order, I was told that I needed to provide my credit card numbers to the employee. This was disconcerting, to say the least, because there was a card swipe machine right in front of me. This seemed off to me, so I asked why I couldn't just use the machine. To which he replied, "it's broken, it doesn't work". Having worked in the industry for many years, I assessed the machine, and it appeared to be in working order. So I requested to speak with manager in order to inquire about the machine. After initially telling me that there was NO manager there, he finally called for a manager. The manager rolled out of the office on his chair, to see what was the matter. The associate spoke to him briefly, and then the manager approached. I asked him about the machine , and he said that it does work. He proceeded to charge me a higher amount for the order than quoted on the email receipt. After pulling it up on my phone to verify, he finally changed it to the correct price, and I got my order. This was one of the worst dining/carryout experiences, and business transactions I have ever had. Enough to make me switch to the dark side. Read moreI ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. My order arrived and I opened the box of wings to realize it was bread sticks and not wings at all. I called the store and they asked if I wanted to come back for the wings or get them another time. I opted for another time as I wasn't going to go pick up an order that was supposed to be for delivery. I asked how I was supposed to get these next time. Would there be a credit on my account. They said that I would have to call or come in to order them. Flash forward I call in to order them today and I'm put on hold for over 10 mins. I call on my other phone and get hung up on. Hang up and call back on the phone that is holding. Term then I won't hold as I've been on hold forever already. They go to take my order and when I tell them that I am supposed to have a credit they immediately put me back on hold without any notice and I spend another 10 mins on hold. I once again hang up and call back. They answer and I stay to explain to then yet again about the previous order and how I'm supposed to have a credit only to be told that there was nothing that he could do because a manager would have to handle it. He said let me talk to my manager and I told him to just put the manager on since he couldn't handle it anyway. I was once again put on hold before the manager gets on and tells me that he can't find a credit on my account before calling me the wrong name. I told him that wasn't me and gave him my correct info. He said he didn't see a credit but would take care of it. He didn't apologize or anything for the way the situation was handled but just kept saying that he had just gotten there and they were busy. When my boyfriend gets there to pick up the order they can't find an order for me. But then tell him it will be ready in 5 minutes. Read moreUpdate: the following review was made in ignorance of certain facts, specifically that my friend paid for my pizza and picked it up on his way over, being a thoughtful friend, and then gets in a car accident. Calls me and I get the idea I need to go get the pizza cause my friend crashed. I didn’t know, at that time, that my friend crashed with the pizza. So when I get there they don’t have my order because it was already picked up. They didn’t tell me this, or anything other than my order would be ready in about three minutes. And as it dragged on I got all crabby pants cause I was hungry, and wrote this review: Usually this place is pretty good. Today I ordered a couple pizzas for carry out and now I am here and it’s 30 minutes later and they didn’t make my pizza. I tried to pay in cash but they don’t have change. So I gave the guy my bank card and he vanished into the back of the place for 15 minutes before coming out and saying my pizza isn’t ready and it’ll be “about 3 minutes” until it is ready. I’m watching these guys through the window and they are just now starting to make my pizza. I can’t remember having a worse experience at any place I’ve been in my life. On top of that, now I have to cancel my bank card because I don’t know what that guy did with it when he vanished for so long and had my card. My bank charges me $5 for a new card. I’m so disappointed I don’t feel like my words can even express how horrible this experience has been. Now it’s over an hour since I placed my order And I’ve just been handed my pizza. I’m doing Pizza Hut next time.
