Epic Wings — Restaurant in San Diego

I tried ordering wings for my family and me yesterday using their online platform, but I couldn't get the order to go through due to some issues with customizing it. It was a bit frustrating, but I decided to head to the local restaurant to sort it out. When I arrived, I was greeted by Quetzaly V., who was incredibly warm and courteous. She went above and beyond to help me customize our order, as I didn't want to go for the typical family meal. It was too much food, and I didn’t want to waste any. Her patience and friendly service made the experience so much better.

Worst place ever. Horrible customer service ordered $90.00 worth of food for the hospital and they made the order wrong. When i called and explained the order was wrong the manger stated the only thing she could do is if I brought the wings back she could make correct ones and reimburse me. She stated she needed proof it was done wrong. when i offered to send a pic she said no that wont work. All I asked was the next time I buy for my workers at the hospital, was to give me the one they mad the mistake on and she stated she could not do that, the best she could offer was $10 off. I work as a charge nurse in a hospital i was luck i got to leave one time to pick up the food, let alone twice in the same hour. horrible customer service. i have tried to eat there again and same thing. The gave us the wrong food and this time said they had to charge me $4.00 more. I eat at wings in things in Mira Mesa for almost 5 yrs about twice a week and they are great. this place is very unprofessional and their customer service is awful. They should be closed...

Customer service here is also better. Quetzaly was very friendly.

I ordered for takeout: -family 24pc chiken wings, ranch garlic parm lemon pepper 8 bread sticks medium carrots and celery You can get up to 3 flavors...and total was $43. Overall value was pretty good. I also added a combo epic fries for $12.95

I'm not completely sure if there are a la carte orders for just wings...it seems like only combos availablebut not sure. I'll ask next time :D
