I've been to this location for more than 5 yrs with same menu and same time. I've never added extra stuff or changed menu. but sometimes the price is different, last week finally I got the reason why depends on the staff they put tips manually when I recognized that it's machine's glitch, I think this is nowadays trick to get more money from the customer the payment machine has tip buttons. they pretend customer tipped by mistake. if customer claimed it's glitch or mistake but usually customer do not ask receipt, customers do not care its small money, the staff knew that. Maybe my looking is dumb, for 2023 to 2024 more than one year the staff charged 15% tip. (Actual price $12.99, charged with 15% tip) I though the price is gone up but it's not sometimes they charged correctly. and also, one more thing I did not upload photo, that's because I'm still going this location The fruit is not fresh enough sometimes I could see fungus over the fruit, so I always get only banana. (I'm always wearing reading glasses)

I'm old lady, have child like ever bowl's staff age I do not know who trained them, please teach them honesty first, do not teach skill like stealing money from the customers. Maybe or may not some of staff are my child's friend. be nice...

My family and I visit here often, and their bowls are very good. $8 each is pretty expensive, but the bowls are massive- usually I can barely finish mine. I do wish that they would offer a smaller size, though. I recommend the Everbowl or the On a Date bowl- those are my favorites. The staff are almost always very friendly and helpful. The only reason that I don’t give them 5 stars is because of a couple of bad experiences that I’ve had. I have a milk allergy, and it surprises me how many times they have gotten my bowl mixed up and accidentally put whey powder in, considering that it’s the only dairy ingredient they have. Now I just tell them that I have an allergy, and they’re more careful. Two of the times that they did mix up my bowl, they were very apologetic and remade it for free. The other time, however, one of the workers scolded me for not asking an employee to label the bowls so that they didn’t mix them up. I had a fairly large order, but it doesn’t seem like I should be blamed for...

On the website it says they’re open at 8am, google says they’re open at 9am. I placed an order online and when I realized that they opened at 9, I decided to shop at vons. I came out of vons around 8:55am and not even a light was on inside. I waited until 9:20 and realized that no one was coming in. I’m monitoring my bank statement so that I can dispute the charge if the payment goes through. Someone needs to get it together over there.
