Being a 24hr/day place is great... But not when you're usually in that shopping center on foot- walking your pup around the neighborhood... And they no longer let you go inside to pick up a To-Go order after a fairly early time of the evening š£ (I'd obviously do drive-thru if I COULD... but difficult to manage when your car's already parked at home a 20min walk away!!) Would be great if they would consider keeping the "inside ordering" option available later into the evening, or even if they would allow an online order to be picked up on foot at the door- keeping it locked in between pick-ups...?! š¤
My worst experience was Christmas Night, when my pup and I had walked around for 2-3hrs to go enjoy the festive nearby Christmas Card Lane, and even though I had SOME guilt/shame about admitting I was willing to eat Jack-in-the-Box for dinner on Christmas, I was so hungry from our long walk... So we went inside to order, and in the middle of reviewing the menu to determine if I was more in the mood for breakfast or my standard Jumbo Jack & oreo cookie shake... A worker finally came out to tell me they were "Already Closed." (When I had no problem entering the restaurant because the doors weren't locked... AND I could clearly see them tending to everyone else's orders š¤Ø) NOT impressed, by the teenager who made this decision... yet clearly forgot to lock the dang door!! (Some Holiday spirit,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed an order online and the restaurant did not have what I ordered in stock. Thatās fine, it happens. I was offered a replacement items that were not even close to what I originally ordered. I donāt eat sweets, so I didnāt want churros or cake etc. instead I found a replacement item that was closer to what we ordered ( non fried chicken for non- fried chicken). It was $1 more but I was ready to pay the difference. I was told to wait to have the chicken made. I decided to go inside because I wasnāt given my drinks (3). Once inside I heard an employee speaking poorly about me and telling lies about the situation. So, I told her what the situation actually was. Another (nicer/ probably shift manager) stepped in and made the drinks. I never even received the replacement meal and left because Iād had enough of the rudeness. Crazy that theyād badmouth a customer loudly enough I could hear them immediately when I walked in. Without customers, thereās no job. Not everyone is going around trying to get free fast food. If I want something Iāll...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad me park next to their trash can with no one in line after ordering a medium combo meal from the menu with no additions, changes, or anything else that might indicate an increase in prep or cook time. I understand these places want to 'keep their drive thru times down' , but they clearly don't understand the point of tracking them in the first place is to establish an understanding of service times - when you lie about them, you only establish a continued false expectation of quick times.
They gave me a free cake without asking, which is some compensation (though further hurts the business' bottom line), but really all I expect is a straight-forward business transaction as a legitimate customer, not being asked to park next to a trash can and have my food brought out a back door like some shady deal. Just...
