My experience at this location was rude, disappointing, and I’m not coming back. I went into the store to redeem a free medium sub that I earned from my rewards. My order was taken and when I pressed redeem and scanned my rewards it told me that the reward went through on my end but they told me not on there end. The manger lady told me I had to order something that cost money to make it work, so as I surveyed the menu to order something little. The manager/cook lady rudely interrupted, me looking through the menu, to take someone else’s order when the guy who was at the register was waiting on my decision. She told the cashier to move my order out the way to take the next guest. This was problematic because I had scanned my rewards already and it took it off on my end, so voiding the transaction made my reward disappear completely. Also, this showed me the lady gave up helping before she actually did. The lady told me that I’m gonna have to contact customer service, but she wasn’t willing to let me try to scan my phone again until I had to repeat myself multiple times. The cashier guy said this has happened before and suggested another solution, but she said she doesn’t do that anymore and didn’t even want to try. To get me out the way the rude lady gave me a number and said call this and tell them that your rewards number didn’t work. I went outside to call the number, and it was just a number that lead you to the website. This number is posted throughout the store and it’s suppose to be a direct line to customer service which it wasn’t. She then proceed to be mad at me for her giving me the wrong number, and then I have to wait another 10min to see what this crazy lady is gonna do. Then she calls someone which tells her that there is a number on the app which there isn’t, so I had to replace a report on their automated bot support service. Which mind you know was helping me and I was the only customer that needed help. Which they told me they’d get back to me in 24-48hrs. The problem with that is I don’t live close and I wouldn’t be able to make it back to Firehouse again. The rude lady then ignores me as I’m still unhappy and just tells me there is nothing that she can do after telling me that calling them should fix it. She then ungratefully blames it on their “outdated system” and says she can’t do anything after I sincerely explained to her that I don’t live close to the area to come here again. This lady didn’t like me when I first walked in and already had a problem with me before they even took my order. I don’t know if it had anything to do with racial profiling because she was so helpful to the white men that had ordered after I came in, but had not energy or decency for me. I left hungry, angry, and disappointed that this is how my favorite sandwich place treats their loyal customer. Who literally was trying to redeem her free sandwich with all the reward points I had. Now I’m down 12000 points without ordering anything, I wasted my gas for driving out of my way to have this terrible experience, and on top of that I’m hungry because that was my lunch. I believe that rude lady worker needs to learn customer service skills because the way she treated me was unacceptable all for a sandwich. I never raised my voice or anything I just voiced my frustration to them and got nothing. Yall gained an unhappy customer and I’m just warning everyone on here not to go to this location unless you want to be treated like me.

I went in to redeem my birthday sub, today, on my birthday, which I received in my app, and the cashier, a young man by the name of Dominic Linsing, refused me. I wasn't able to pull up the code in store but the app allowed me to order for mobile pickup with a purchase, so I told him I would just order it and pick it up and he asked me how long I had my app and told me if it wasn't at least a year, he wouldn’t make my free sub because his manager wouldn't let him. Then, he told me if I did order through the app, he just wouldn't make it. I thought he was joking, so I told him that the app was allowing me to do that, and the app literally gave me a free sub for my birthday, and he proceeded to tell me again that his boss, Michelle, would not allow him to do the order. I'm absolutely appalled. What kind of service is this? And why would the app give me a free sub on my birthday, only to have the worker there refuse me? It doesn't make a bit of sense. It doesn't say a single thing about needing to have the app for a year in order to get the birthday sub. So, they are just making up their own rules then? It's definitely false advertising on part of the brand, and very disappointing, to say the least. I was treated very badly in there today, on my birthday. Read moreThis sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I've have had in a long time. The meat was cooked perfectly and the gentleman behind the counter fixed it to perfection. The meal was at a reasonable cost considering what I had purchased. The restaurant is very clean and bathroom was also kept in good order. You can enjoy your order there at the restaurant or do like I do and take it home. One things to mention, they have this card index, where you just pick your sandwiches toppings from, it saves you from having to shout over the display a yes or no to every toppings on display or repeat your choices 20 times to the person that can't remember.
