Foods get more expensive yet the quality is so poor. Lately, it’s upsetting to see the servers removing portions off your plate unlike before where they even put extra. Filipino restaurant owners in California chose mediocrity taking advantage of the big number of Filipinos. Worse, look how their dishes lack the ingredients for the price of what you get in fine dining, and (or even more than that of ) other nice restaurants around. It’s obvious that up to these days, local Americans don’t embrace Philippines dishes because of this. Observe how other Asian restaurants put quality on what they serve and win local patrons. I prefer Filipino testaurants outside California, the taste and presentation of their dishes and cuisines are very competitive. BBQ chicken is slightly better than the pork.
They dip the bbq sticks in BBQ sauce before they serve you. Please note that the bbq sticks are already pre marinated with that same sauce. Ask them not to dip it if you don't want double dip.
