Sol, the store supervisor was the one who assisted me. While she was taking my order, she appeared impatient and rushed which made her unfriendly. After she took my order she said “IS THAT IT?” Really? No up-selling! When she finished the transaction on the cash register, she didn’t thank me but said “WAIT A WHILE!” I was taken aback with how she was treating me. She could have said that my order would be ready in 5 minutes which that is what she said after I asked how long my order would exactly take.
Also, I don’t know why this store would play their radio inside the store loud. Customers are already speaking through their mask, yet people have to speak up because of their radio blasting.
This store has definitely been mismanaged.

I had to come up the register and asked where the cake is, that’s when they realized they FORGOT and approached the fridge to grab the cake out. THEN scribbled some happy birthday letters which took like 20 seconds and it didn’t look good either. Just like that. Because of this we were super late to the birthday event.
