This place would actually be so cute if it wasn’t so dirty. I didn’t want to be in there longer than I needed to. We promised my daughter some ice cream so if it weren’t for that we would have left. Almost $20 for 2 small soft serves & 1 kids shaved ice with minimal toppings- would be fine if the atmosphere wasn’t so gross. Literal built up grime all over the walls, windows, counter, tables & benches where you sit. The spoon holder where you get your little plastic spoon was dirty & I had to wipe something OFF every spoon I grabbed. The glass bottles where you pour your own sprinkles, fruity pebbles, etc. were so dirty and gross. The floors were dirty.. I could go on. I was kindly asked if I wanted condensed milk and I said no mainly because to the right of the counter, there were 6 large tubs of it sitting on the floor and the top two were not covered. They should be elevated and covered- especially if your store is that dirty. The employee was sweet, but her and the other employee seemed to just be sitting around. If I worked there I’d be scrubbing that place top to bottom. Get a cute durable rug for the inside to pick up dirt & vaccum it daily. Get someone to clean this place, play some fun music & it’d be a million...
Read moreBeen going here since my wife and I were dating and some of our fondest memories are eating Icekimo. It's great for a lighter alternative to classic ice cream that has a very interesting and agreeable texture. My favorite flavor plus toppings combo is the coconut ice with fresh banana and chocolate chips. I never get the condensed milk on top as I just think it doesn't need it; I skipped it for my first visit and so it never occurs to me to have them put it on. Please be patient as the desserts that are made here can sometimes take a few minutes to make and there is often a line since this place is popular. The parking lot is pretty tight so I always head a bit southwest from the main shopping area to the pay for parking lot as sometimes it's easier just to pay a few bucks to be free from circling around trying to find a...
Read moreInteresting cross street between dessert and ice, like literally ice. Had the lychee ice which tasted on the spot. Side that you add to it kinda really do it for it. Not to mention you should add condensed milk for the sweetness factor. Initial thoughts that it was just basically flavored ice, which it is, but when combined with toppings reminds me of frozen yogurt but probably better for you? Jury is out and just an assumption since you're eating ice and probably some amount of sugar to flavor the ice. Cool concept. Probably not a regular visit. Pricing was normal. Go with the small. You get a hefty amount of "ice" unless...
