Wellllllll let’s talk about the the utter lack of service. I walk in and stand at the counter. Numerous families were waiting for their orders. You have two young workers talking with each other woundering around the front area. I am still standing and watching with NO acknowledgment. Finally I guess “JESUS” was tired of me waiting there. So with the speed of a sloth. Jesus comes to a register and just stands there. I look at him, he is looking at me. I smile …. Got nothing ! No “hello” No “how can I help you “ just a blank stare. Finally I say “ are you able to help me” and still in “mute” shakes his head yes. I say “thank you” and “ hello, how are you?” Seriously AGAIN NOT A WORD!!! ( you can’t make this stuff up). Finally I place my order as well as pick one up. He puts my order on the counter with a attitude then walks away. I’m still waiting for my online order. A few min goes buy he is still ignoring the front counter. I asked another young lady how long the order would take. She let me know it was next. Again the ray of sunshine JESUS puts the food and drink cup in the counter. I fill up the drink aaaand why not keep the excitement going ! There are no tops for the drinks. So I ask JESUS ( I have no other human options ) “ oh you guys are out of tops”. JESUS proceeds to point to a sleeve of tops between some boxes on the counter he has noooooooo intention on handing it to me. He just points and says “ there is tops right there. So I asked if he wanted me to put them over in the soda area for other customers. Again JESUS turns and walks away. He proceeds to go to his go worker and is whispering about “that lady”. Guys I think JESUS was not pleased with my presence today. I meeean apparently it just toooooo hard to show ANY LEVEL of. What happen to customer service training. I mean first day should be “greet your customer with at least a hello” A blank stare reeeeealllly isn’t quiet the same. Management you need to hire and INVEST IN TRAINING the best people. Not just a body to fill the open slots. Hopefully if you do visit this location you DON’T have to experience the the Ray of...
Read moreIf I could give no stars I would, this lady is so rude with customers. Me and my mother went in to order and noticed a long line. The first thing the woman behind the counter stated was that they had not taken a break and that by law they need to take one which I definitely understand. However the tone and face she was making towards us was very rude. We walked out and about 4 people walked out as well. By this time there was only 2 people inside Popeyes. My mother asked me if I could ask the lady about how long the wait would be if we decided to wait. We open the door to go inside and ask her, she gives us a face expression of her being very annoyed with us for coming back in. She once again tell us "I already told yall that the wait is gonna be veryyyy longgg" at this point I turn to my mother and tell her "mom im sorry about this but the lady is giving us attitude because we came back in lets just take our business elsewhere". It was honestly embarrassing that she was making us feel unwanted in there. I have worked in fast food "Subway" and had similar situations happen to me various times and not once did I become disrespectful to the customers. I always wanted to make sure that customers knew that I was always doing my best to get to them as soon as I could. Customer service this lady provides is horrible. Im very disappointed and will never return to this popeyes I will take my business to Churchs...
Read moreI would like to thank the staff of this Popeyes for being the biggest lying, time waiting restaurant in the whole city of San Diego. Don't lie about wait time and starting the orders. If you don't have it started, tell the customer or pick up driver. If the food isn't ready, let them know, and tell them HOW FREAKING LONGGGGGG they have to wait for there food. Don't say the food will be right out, if you don't even know the freaking name of the person we are picking up for!
I have had to wait up to an hour at this restaurant, hearing your manager or supervisors say that the food is almost out, that they are working on it, just to find out that they don't have the order, it hasn't been started, some things are still being cooked, you are missing stuff. You make us wait and waist our time, you make us crowd you pathetic restaurant just so that we end up leaving empty handed with no order.
Everyone, do your self a favor and do not come here, or at least Popeyes, train your employees to not lie between there teeth. Teach them how to cook, and if you don't have enough employees, maybe you should close your doors or limit service...
