I've never been inside, only drive thru. I've been here many times. I like grabbing us a couple of drinks when I visit my husband at his office. This last time, I had just come back from a trip and had a headache. Normally, coffee helps me, so I stopped for a drink. After I ordered and got to the window to pay, I realized I wanted something a little stronger. It was not busy, so I asked the young lad if I could change my order, if my drink hadn't been made yet. He asked what I would want to switch it with, and I told him. To my surprise, him and his team were gracious and made me both drinks. I offered to pay for the second drink and for the inconvenience, but they insisted, "it was ok." That really made my night. My throbbing headache was making it difficult to drive, and just a few minutes after drinking my coffee, headache went down to almost a zero. I had my mom with me, and she ended up drinking the first drink I ordered. Thank you, guys (if you see this)!!!! That was a very nice gesture, and it definitely helped me get home. I loved that after I got to the window and changed my mind, no one rolled their eyes or had a bad gesture of attitude. Everyone came across like it was no big deal, and the young lad who took my order was very cordial and had a smile the whole time. Once again, thank you for making my long day end with a good, memorable moment. I'd definitely recommend this location. Aside from this moment, every time I've been to this location, everyone has always been cordial. Service is fast, and my drinks are...
Read moreI usually love this Starbucks and have amazing experiences with staff here - they are so kind and helpful. Today I pulled up and the barista introduced herself and I was my usual very bubbly self and I said “Hi alexis! Can I please have a vente iced toasted vanilla shaken espresso” but I kept struggling to say the whole name of the drink - most likely because my brain was running on no coffee. And she was just silent and put my order on the screen. I felt intimidated because I was embarrassed that I struggled and tried to get her to respond to me, but she was completely silent. Because it was embarrassing I thought she would’ve laughed with me and then just says “that it?” and I said “Yes thank you so much” and she said “ok $10” - for my total. I pulled up to the window and she didn’t greet me at the window to even acknowledge I was there. She took my card and then handed me my food and drink, didn’t say anything, and I said “Thank you have a good day!” and she never replied. It really ruined my day and I understand that Starbucks is understaffed right now, but I work in service understaffed as well and as much as it stinks I still smile and greet customers, especially ones that were laughing and trying to converse with you. Hope your day gets...
Read moreI started going to Starbucks last year during the pandemic. Now that things a bit more relaxed guests to Starbucks have stopped wearing masks. Today I went to pick up my order and there were two ladies speaking right by the pick up area over all the open sandwiches and drinks without stoppers. No masks. I’m not a germaphobe, however we all know when you open your mouth spittle comes out. And on top of that they refused to step back from the pickup area. Why? 🤷🏾♀️ I like coming here to get a quick caffeine fix but at least make it so you pick your food up and step away. No one wants to see someone speaking over their food. It’s unhealthy...
