Went to this place once again everytime I say never again. Ordered mini tacos without ANYTHING on them I said it 3 times to the girl. I also ordered other things. I was told to pull to the front, and they would bring it to me. I figured it would be done right checked the bags and everything was there, but I didn't open everything. When I got home 15 minutes later with my Wifes mini tacos there was Everything on them. I never got a receipt and thought it would be in the bag? It wasn't! I called the place after Googling it and asked for the Manager. the guy that answered said he was the person in charge. When I told him what was up as I wasn't happy, he told me to quit raising my voice and that it was simply a mistake. I told him that I was going to talk to Corporate as this was the 3rd time in the last year that something like this has happened at this PATHECTIC place and he said, "go ahead". I told him what I am supposed to do I don't speak Spanish as EVERYONE that works there is Hispanic. What part of nothing on our mini tacos do they not understand? The guy said something about bringing up race and hung up on me. Here is the kicker 3 hours later my credit card had a fraudulent charge on it and now I have to get a new card. That is why they kept my receipt. Beware...
Read moreI havent had any issues with my jack in the box until today. This is the jack in the box I always go to. I have seen many managers. And they have always been great. The food fresh and hot. The employees very nice. But lately I have seen a down slide in the employees attitudes. I'm just hoping that veronica was just having a bad day and she's not always rude,and short with the order. We had to go back twice for items we ordered and paid for and were not in the bag. And when we returned to get the rest of the order, the window opened and she handed the bag out with a rude attitude. No words, just hand the bag out and close the window as if we interrupting her. I work nights at a 24 hour business too, and I've never had this treatment from this jack in the box. Ive lived in city heights since 1998, and in San Diego all my life. I have 35 years customer service and I have learned that negative attitudes are contagious and if working in the food business is not for you,then find a job that is for you. I love jack in the box and will continue to go there. Why? Because one persons negative attitude this night doesn't compare to the other employees that work so hard to be great positive employees. Went there a little before 6pm Saturday 9/28/23 the guy at the drive thru stole $10 from me, would not give food or refund, said something like I have to fill out something, flipped me off thru the window. I went inside and went behind the counter to let that stupid kid know he couldn't treat people like that and not expect any retribution or, at very least, a negative reaction.
The place has cameras everywhere, I'm certain video caught the whole thing, including the money exchange and the insults the kid leveled at me while he was on the phone to you. Something about getting something for my face. That was really obnoxious and surorised you have him running the store. Pretty sad. Keep that video. If you delete it, it will be destruction of evidence. And then I will sue you, I know a very good litigation lawyer. Best find a way to get me that $10 back without me having to step foot in that rancid place.
