Starbucks — Restaurant in San Diego

This is my go to Starbucks, I’ve always been treated so well here until this morning. I placed my mobile order per usual and when coming to the drive thru, the employee said “next time give us more time when placing order” I completely understood and apologized even through the attitude I received. When approaching the window, the employee continues to say there is an estimated time given when placing order, with complete attitude, so once again I apologized even though I only arrived 3 minutes before estimating time.. and he then says “there’s cars behind you” mind you when I got there, there was no cars. Not until I pulled up to the window and waited for my order. I’m not sure if he wasn’t in the right mood, I’ve never seen him at this location but it was very rude the way he spoke to me and continued to rant about my order time even after apologizing. Not once have I ever received this treatment, when it is almost everyday I place my orders...

Had a guy, tall black guy to be exact (not racist at all) cashier, upon showing up through drive thru nobody was inside the store this was roughly around 8pm. I had ordered just 1 tall latte. He seemed like he was the only one there. Upon arrival at window when paying with my card, he was straight staring to see if I gave him a tip, I did not. So this guy took literally 15 min standing on his phone pretending to be making my 1 latte. When his lady coworker appeared from who knows where, he started finally making my latte and then forgetting where he placed it. Then he said to me sorry about the wait.

This is not ok. Starbucks are expecting us to tip them for EVERY little thing. And that guy was awful. I was not the only one waiting, before me there were 2 others that took him 20 min to get through, probably because they didn’t...

This location has sadly gone down in all 3 categories, food as in my drink is never properly made, they can't seem to have the time to mix my ice cold coffee, it's always layered. Shoving the straw down, just let's me suck up all the simple syrup in the bottom of the cup. And you can say, well just mix it. Well that sucks too, the lid either doesn't fit or like this morning it's broken which cause heavy cream to spill all over my dash. Besides that the D.T people simply hand me the CC machine so I can just tap my card not to mention telling me to give them a tip for messing up my order every single time. No hello, thank you or see you next time. And you may ask why do I keep coming back here. Well, I literally live at the end of the block.
