Unfortunately my experience was in line with others who have commented on less-than-friendly staff. Cashier I dealt with has no sense of customer service and was plain rude. I've never been spoken to by a worker anywhere the way I was here. I ordered a latte and asked for fat free or low fat milk. Was told they do not carry this but for $1 more I could get oat or almond milk. I said something along the lines of "wow, really? ok, I'll stick to whole milk", added that they should consider getting the other low fat options, and I moved on. That set him off and he went on about what was my purpose in saying this to him, he's the one who has to deal with me, he's dealt with me before and I am always difficult... He was still carrying on about it minutes later. My purpose in saying this, of which I did tell him, was that it's customer feedback and as an employee at the establishment he has the ability to go back to manager/owners and relay feedback. As for "dealing with me before"... I have never been to this coffee shop before that day (he argued with me on this too). I am a newer local and had every intention of being a repeat customer, but after this experience I will not be.
I've worked behind a counter before, I know what the job entails. I know people can be annoying and frustrating, but this is not how you respond to or treat any customer especially not over a suggestion. All that said, drinks are fine but overpriced (~$6, $7 if you don't want whole milk...). Baristas were fine. One did chime in but hardly did anything to diffuse the situation. Overall not a good experience which is a shame because it's a cute spot and down the road from me. Plenty of other local coffee shops with friendly...

Coffee here is so smooth that when you have a latte, you think, does this have coffee in it? Then suddenly you notice you can't stop talking, and this new found extraversion points to caffeine.
Introvert seal of approval.
You can leave a deposit of 1.50 to get a reusable jar with a koozie, and every time you come in you give it to them and they give you your drink in a new one, or you can give it back and get your deposit back. It's a great way to stop using plastic! Love!
It's a cute small space, not a lot of seating.
I've ordered the Coffee with Condensed milk and Nutmeg, which was absolutely delicious, and the Mexican Mocha, which had a little twist of spice! The drinks were not too sweet, which I personally like.
They have basic espresso based coffees and a variety of flavors both hot and cold. Food wise not a lot of variety, mostly a small assortment of croissants and cookies or such.
I come here sometimes with friends to catch up, and every time I do I wish I lived closer so it could be my go-to coffee spot.
I do have a friend who drives 20 mins every day just to get coffee from here, I feel like that says it all lol
Come get you some...
Read moreTried for the first time and the whole experience was awesome Both baristas were super nice and offered great recommendations. I finally narrowed it down to two and she said I should try the most common/favorite one first. The other barista overheard me saying how much I loved ginger and the ginger drink sounds so good, she offered us a piece of the candied sugar that goes with the drink.. how sweet, right? I thought so. So naturally I asked to go back so I could try the ginger drink. It was a different crew and they weren't of the same friendliness as the crew the day before. We had to ask for a sleeve for one of the hot drinks And I didn't get the candied sugar with my drink. If it wasn't for my initial experience I would have taken a star but ill see how my...
