I wrote a review a few years ago on this place and I really felt I needed to update it.

The food is always fresh, hot and DELICIOUS! My family and I have been coming for 8+ years and have always had great food. Wings, tenders and buffalo fries are amazing. The breadsticks are so good too! But not only is the food great but the service is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Gabriella and Lionell have made my family feel so welcomed and so loved. I worked in a restaurant for over 20 years so I do feel I have some knowledge in the service/hospitality industry. They both always say hello and always make us feel so special. Customer service is usually pretty friendly here, although not the most efficient; that, I can deal with. However, I’ve noticed that while portions may have dipped a little, prices have gone up a bit too much in some areas. I asked to upgrade to a larger size of blue cheese tonight since the one that comes with it is kinda small, and was told it would be an additional $4.00. Absolutely not. "what the hell... How am I supposed to eat this?" Tiny crutons piled on top of a thick layer of shredded parmesan cheese and some lettuce...On a flat plate.. I can't even toss this? And my "bread sticks" were heavy . They were just rolls of bread. The taste wasn't bad though.

Lack of knowledge from the cashier. When questions were asked by other customers " I don't know"was the response and she'd scream at the cooks while helping customers.
