😭😭😭 NEVER EVER EAT OR WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, !HOW NASTY AND CRUEL CAN U BE,!! 💔💔THEY ARE RUDE AND SCREAM AT CANCER PATIENTS,!!!💔💔 😭😭😭 I AM VERY NICE AND SUFFERING FROM BRAIN CANCER, IVE HAD 3 SURGERYS IN 2 MONTHS,🥺😭💔💔💔 INCLUDED JUST YESTERDAY, IM VERY CLEAR ABOUT MY ORDER AND ITS REPEATED BUT THE STAFF REFUSED TO MAKE IT SIMPLY THE WAY I ASK FOR IT, WELL DONE....💯💔👎😭💯 I AM SPOKEN TO LIKE A CHILD AND FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE AND THIS PLACE TREATS CANCER PATIENTS LIKE THIS !! IM BARELY ABLE TO EAT ANYTHING BUT WHEN I CAN 😭 😞 THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT A CANCER PATIENT.. HOW DARE YOU.. EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO THIS PLACE IM VERY CLEAR ABOUT MY ORDER BEING WELL DONE AND THEY NEVER MAKE IT THAT WAY, THEN THE MANAGER YELLS AT ME WHO DOES THAT SINCE WHEN DO U YELL AT CUSTOMERS ,NOT ONLY WILL I NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN IM TAKING ALL MY BUSINESS BACK AND CALLING THE BETTWR BUSINESS BURROW..THATS IT WHY PEOPLE FIND HAIR AND BAND-AID AND ROACHES IN THERE FOOD ..I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE AND MY NEIGHBORS TOLD ME HOW NASTY THIS PLACE IS, WAY OVER PRICE FOR THE CRAP THEY SERVE AND RUDE SND AND NOW I FOUND OUT...

Next time you close update Google so people don't have to come to the door to find the notice you are closed and waste gas for anything!

You really need to fix your schedule so customers who don’t live right next to your store can rely on the information provided. Unless, of course, you’re not interested in gaining and keeping new customers. Consistency in your posted hours, whether on the store window, Google, or anywhere else, is a basic responsibility to your clients, and frankly, essential if you care about making money.

Just today, I tried placing a to go order for three people I had recommended your food to, and you kept hanging up the phone. It was only 5 PM. The sign on your door says you close at 6 PM, Google says 8 PM, and I think there’s even another sign with a different schedule. So, which one is it?

I'm open to changing my review to a more positive one if you take care of this...

I recently visited this Las Panchitas Fresh Mexican Grill as a long time customer and was disappointed to find that the food quality has declined since the hiring of a new cook. The main issue I encountered was with the tortillas, which were not fully cooked all the way through. This was a significant issue for me as I believe that the quality of the food should always be a top priority for any restaurant. Unfortunately, due to the decline in food quality, I will not be returning to this Las Panchitas Fresh Mexican Grill.
