Not great. Employees are careless. The sandwiches are overpriced at about 13. Meat is limited you get mostly vegetables. The jalapeños looked like rubber jalapeño toys. Made for a good laugh. However, despite our light-hearted response, that shouldn't occur. Care should be taken to ensure food is fresh. The sandwiches are sweet. They didnt explain that when ordering.

👉 The employees did not check the expiration date on the milk. GAVE EXPIRED MILK. Bad milk had it sitting outside for too long. Milk needs to be correct temperature. Be careful. I got sick after one of their milk tea. No apology.

It is a drive-thru. The wait time is long if you are getting something to eat. Lady said it is a 5 minute wait time. It took 12 minutes. It is empty most of the times. No signs of anyone being inside the shop. There are no light or signs to let customers know the shop is open. This may explain why it may seem like a ghost shop. Expect delays even so. We were the only ones there (not good)! Not very reminiscent of drive-thru wait times. They have 3 lunch options.

The employees do not know what they are doing most of the time. They forgot what was ordered. Didn't add sweeteners. The lady oversweetens the drinks she added double sugar after I said use sweeteners and doesn't follow special orders so always check before leaving. Added regular sugar. Didn't go easy on the ice. Just some examples.

👉 They overcompensate bitter tea taste, dry flavors, and mediocrity by oversaturating it with sugar. This is why your tea is always too sweet.

Seems like the owner of the company doesn't care based on the experience and care they took to make my drink and sandwich. Reflection of the overall restaurant.

Train your employees better! It is overpriced others have mentioned. Prices can be lower if they use regular cups instead of fancy plastic. Heavily packaged sandwiches. Very wasteful. 🌱

There are better options. 👉 The Boba Co. In Poway is recommended if you can drive. I took the extra drive to go there due to the poor quality of the menu options I received. Ironically, this was recommended by a restaurant in the same strip mall!

Please, DO BETTER! P.S. Take responsibility instead of overlooking mistake. 16691 Bernardo Center Dr, San Diego, CA...

I came here a few different times to try it out as it is a mom and pop shop and I enjoy supporting local businesses, however, my experiences visiting were very lackluster and I have to say that I will not be returning.

During my first visit everything went very well, the staff was very kind and patient as I was trying to figure out which drink to try. With my drink I had ordered a Grilled Chicken Banh Mi as suggested by the staff. When I had already driven away and tried my food I noticed mold on the bread - fine, that happens! I decided to give them another shot as the drink was pretty good. Not my favorite, it was a bit sweet.

Upon my second visit I asked to adjust my sweetness level, the drink was still too sweet. My banh mi did not have mold this time! I did find a long light colored hair inside it, however, which I suspect was from the person taking my order as I noticed she did not have her hair secured. The banh mi was good though! I just couldn't stomach the rest after finding the hair.

Two out of the three times were a miss so I decided that if it was still not up to par during my last visit I would cease returning. For some odd reason, the boba had an off taste to it and my taro was chunky.

One red flag I should have noticed is that each time I came through, ordering the same drink, it all tasted completely different. Another red flag is that by reading all the negative reviews there is one thing in common with the owner's responses. She says the same spiel every time going on about how the menu is all natural and it will taste different. While that is a plus, it is not the ingredients that are the issue but rather the quality of the ingredients. I feel that if you are responding to each negative review with the same paragraph you are not really growing from the feedback which might be the cause of my negative...

I cannot tell you how much i love the fact that this is a tiny drive through! I have been searching everywhere for a good boba place and yes i like a few of them but the drive through aspect.. you don't even know you needed it until you try it. Google any other boba place and your gonna have to get your cheeks up to get a BEVERAGE... im usually on the go and my mother would yell at me if we have to make a full stop for a drink. And plus this place is tiny but it actually had a full on menu with food options! I was shook. I go through here regularly so i def will be back. Also if you can see in the picture, i love how the straw is held onto the lid! It would be a nightmare if i reached for my cup and i dropped the straw💀 but yea. The actual drink was good. Not the best but not expensive either. I mostly like to have a drink with me when i drive and the boba serves as a little guilt free snack so i can enjoy my craving without...

I’m really impressed by this super cute drive-through boba shop. You might think their price is not cheap but when you know what do they use for your drinks, you will agree it is totally worthy. They do all their things from scratch, all natural ingredients. All the drinks’ milk is lactose-free 2% fat fresh milk! Is that impressive? I never see any other shops do that. Their tapioca balls are made by themselves only with 3 ingredients. If you like matcha, they also have matcha tapioca balls, so yummy! The drink I had is Game Set Matcha with matcha tapioca balls, the flavor is black sesame with matcha, it is definitely so delicious. I totally 💯 recommend this place. Also you can choose your sweet level!

My most exciting new discovery. Saw it yesterday while transporting a patient on our ambulance and literally drove back after the call to get some because I’m a fiend for boba. I got the lychee jasmine tea with boba and OH MY. So good and immediately obsessed that I came back after shift this morning and got 2 drinks and some bao buns (because I’m a wannabe-on my way to be overweight lady lol) and finished it all. I got the lychee jasmine tea again with boba (still my absolute favorite and I can’t get enough), and then the Jamaica me crazy one with jelly. Then the breakfast and the pork boas. I scarfed them down too. Safe to say I’ll be spending all my money here.

The drink I got was expensive and tasted very mediocre. I ordered an avocado and black sesame smoothie but couldn’t taste any avocado flavor. The boba was still hard in the middle. The drink was probably 22 oz and it costs $7.35 (the prices on the menu at the time were not updated!) plus $1 extra for boba. So it came out to be $9 after tax! For a boba smoothie! I know inflation is a lot but this is a bit too much, especially when the quality is 2 out of 10 and they don’t even have an actual store, just a small kiosk so the overhead costs shouldn’t be that much compared to a shop!
