Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Diego

new little caesars promo: half pizza half cheese sticks and a sauce for dipping.

Its literally the promo on image. The lady cashier refuses to give me the sauces because it wasn't marked on the receipt. I show her the online promo on the official little caesars website. I even pointed behind her back to the big digital menu. The promo is on the menu and it clearly says pizza + sauce. It is written down, AND there's a picture. Yet she still argues that since its not specified on the receipt as "sauce" that she won't give me any.

I forgot my pizzas one time while I was getting my drink from the cooler. I put the pizza down on a chair. then got my drinks. then waved good bye as I told the workers I got my drinks and drove off... then when I got to my spot, no pizzas. so I call them and they noticed my pizzas sitting there all lonely, so they put them in the warmer where pickup orders await to get picked up. I asked if i left them and if they were still there. I then asked if they were and if i can come get em ASAP. we both laughed on the phone and I gottem still hot. now I just needed to bring em home...

I went to this location 29 November 2018. I ordered a pepperoni with stuffed crust. I was told 12 minutes wait time. 25 minutes later and 5 new customers served before me, I ask about my order. They never started it! I was told 5 more minutes...another 20 minutes later (now totalling 45), she puts my pizza on the counter. No comp, no "sorry for the wait". Just here's your pizza and walked away. No customer service whatsoever. Then I get home and its not even baked all the way. I will not be coming back to...
