Title: Best Taco Bell Experience Ever – Thanks to Mariana! From the moment I walked in, Mariana greeted me with a genuine smile and a warm “Welcome!” She left her duties without hesitation to assist me and asked, “Are you here for pickup, or would you like to place an order for dine-in or takeout?”—in the kindest, most non-intrusive way possible. She then guided me to two of the cleanest, most user-friendly self-order panels I’ve ever seen. I felt like I was ordering in the future. After placing my order, I asked for a water cup, and she directed me to an ice-cold water station. I sat down and took in what might be the cleanest and best-decorated Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. Mariana was moving around the restaurant with ease—welcoming new guests, checking on families, and keeping the vibe light and positive. The kitchen team worked together like clockwork, cheering each other on and creating a noticeably upbeat, efficient environment. In under three minutes, my food was ready. It was presented clearly with the right sauces and toppings, and I was asked again if I needed anything else. I was wished a genuine “good evening,” and I walked out feeling truly appreciated—all in under five minutes. My order: 8 five-layer hard/soft tacos 2 Avocado Verde sauces ($0.25 each) Total (with tax): $24.23 Sure, $24 may feel steep for Taco Bell. But honestly? The food quality, presentation, atmosphere, and lightning-fast service made it absolutely worth it. Best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had—possibly only rivaled by those epic late-night "fourth meals" after clubbing back in the day! Huge thanks to Mariana and the Taco Bell team on Dehnery Road. Better than well done. No pun intended.

I swear...driving to a different location for now on. This one on Dennery Rd. In the Walmart Plaza parking lot is a disgrace to all Taco Bells. Literally have kids running the place and spent 20+ dollars on barely just 6 simple bean burritos with no onions and what do we get?!....Nothing but pure tortilla and onions! Dry, skinny, small and as flat as a finger in width, most of which was just tortilla! Cold cheese and flaky cold beans. That amount of money for some so called burritos that were without content and thrown into a bag. Asked for hot sauce, gave us Fire. I was the only one in line & this was their best work. Sad. Disappointing. Waste of time and money. Doesn't even deserve one star.

Five star, not because of the food. Surely if you're eating here it is because you don't have time to stop and go somewhere else. However, I am not a hater on the Mexican pizza and when they bring that back I am there. This place received high quality indicators for the following: Drive-thru and walk in we're very crowded and wait time was no more than 2 minutes You know what you're getting so that helps You can self order at the kiosks and the time is just as equivalent to standing in line Plenty of outdoor dining and indoor dining Service from staff would be considered friendly and responsive Self serve fountain drinks

I'm conflicted with how many stars to give because service was so so and the food was prepared in an accurate and timely manner. However, I felt the need to leave a review because almost immediately after finishing our food, my husband, sons and I experienced stomach aches and spent the majority of the evening racing to the restroom. Our order consisted of 4 cheesy rice and bean burritos, 2 each for 2 of my sons, 2 fiesta veggie burritos, 1 each for my husband and I, 2 cheesy roll ups, 1 each for my 2 youngins and 4 potato tacos, 2 each for my daughter and other son. Interestingly enough, the only ones of us hit by the bubble guts was those of us that ate the burritos. I even gave my little 7 month old a few of the beans from mine and woke up to a poopsplosion this morning. I can't say which ingredients are to blame but it definitely wasn't a mysterious coincidence we all were rushing to the restroom when we got home. I wrote all this to say, beware of the...

I usually do the drive thru at various hours of the day and night. One thing I dig about the drive thru is that the service is always good. The drive-thru attendants are always on a good one. Friendly, happy, and always willing to help. The neat thing about Taco Bell food is i don't feel so guilty eating fast food because most items include lettuce, tomato, and beans. It's as Mexican as you can get without being Mexican. When I've stopped into eat in the dining area it's always clean and has upbeat cool music and a pretty good selection of fountain drinks so I can mix and match my drinks and come up with my own special mix of soda. Be wary though sometimes there could be quite a few cars in the drive-thru...
