My love and I enjoy eating the cemita, torta de pierna which is pork thigh, with chipotle sauce, cheese, avocado and sliced onion. My mouth is salivating just writing this! I would highly recommend trying it as it is a hidden gem. I like to get my cemita with extra meet and chipotle sauce.
