McDonald's — Restaurant in San Diego

7:39 the worst experience ever in a fast food restaurant. Ordered 2 coffees and two apple and the store onpy had a handful of custoners. About 15 minutes traspired and husband asked about order which according to them it was coming. Front counter had a manager, crewshift leader and atleast 3 more staff attending drive thru. I now take charge and inquire about my order still no definite about my order or when i world be receiving it. Crewshift leader was very unresponsive and careless anout my inquiry (23 minutes had passed) according to him they were making a pot of coffee. But what about the pies if anything or just an apology given that its supposed to be a fast food restaursnt. He said what do you want to wait or get your refund and i said both (at minute 27 of waiting). He said i can do that you want to wait. REAllY!!!! Finally coffees arrived and i asked for the pies and one staff member mumbled to the manager were out. Really!!!!! Manager smiles and finaly i get the most unsensire apology (first and only) and grin. He tells me that it will be 7 minutes to make the pies. He offers to me something else but then really he began the process of payment for the cookies. I pay in a state of shock and trying to remain calm at the worst service ever in the McDonalds chain of restaurants in the San Diego County. Too say the least if you dare to visit this location take in consideration that their demeanor and respect to their customers is not...

they give me food because they have been allowed to be open while newsome has forced so many out of business including burger king, pizza Hut, Papa John's, long John silvers, golden corral, Arby's, sub way, little Cesar's, claim jumper, Marie calenders, and many bars and unmentioned places to eat. not a knock on mcdonalds thanks for being available so I can eat but all of those I mentioned I have personally gone to to try to eat and I won't be able to ever again this is why newsome has to go. these were local owned stores not huge corporations franchisees that live here own them and invest their lives and provide food and jobs for those that live here. he forced indoor dining down and all bars down and the state down for a year and at this pace would be for 200 years more and none of it had to do with covid or facts or science. the truth is they cannot tell where or how someone has got it. even their make believe numbers 2 places had infected 2 people and 4 infected 1 all others were at 0. I'd hardly say that's worth scaring people or banning anything or everything kinda the opposite especially when we know 99.98% of people are fine so including every restaurant and bar in San Diego we would have to increase that 18times the amount of cases before having 1 person possibly die and only if they are already dying. enjoy your...

Horrible experience!!! Used the app deals for $1.69 large fries w/ more order. I still paid almost $20 for 2 large fries, 6 pcs nuggets & cheeseburger. I asked the lady in cashier to look at the fries they gave me, 1 looked like Large & the other 1 is more like a Medium, you can’t even see the fries when you make the holder stand. Then she said, I wasn’t supposed to make it stand, she even said that their branch is losing money so they can’t make it full. In my mind, what’s the whole point of these app deals then? To deceive the customers??? After a long argument, she gave me another small fries. Then I went to our table I found out they only gave me 4 pcs of nuggets instead of 6. As I approached the counter, I heard the same lady saying rude things about me to the rest of the crew. She was talking in their native language which I happen to understand. I confronted her & told her that she was being rude & her behavior was extremely unprofessional! She tried to answer back but I pointed out how poor their service was.
