In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in San Diego

Unfortunately I have to leave kind of a bummer review due to the young lady at the food drive thru window yesterday with a poor attitude. I had ordered 3 Number 1 combos, and when she had asked if we wanted any ketchup, I responded yes. She gave us only 5 little packets and with the amount of fries you get, that clearly isn’t an adequate amount for thee orders. I nicely asked if we could please get more. She looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language, and said ‘ you want more?’ As if it was a problem. I said yes please. She snapped ( still with this poor look on her face, ‘how many more?’ Really? What am I supposed to say to that? I just said ‘ uh....I don’t know a hand full.’ She then gave me a very small amount more. I gave up and drove off. Now here’s my problem....if I were to dine in, ketchup is free reign for everyone to grab on their own. So why if I needed more in the drive through was it such a problem for this girl to just nicely hand me more ketchup? Unfortunately due to her poor attitude and rude response I have for the first time ever, had a bad experience at an in -n -out...

The worst service I have ever experienced at an in n out, and I've been to many. The drive thru takes so long despite there being a full staff; it took me an hour to go through the drive thru and receive my food. I have also ordered in person inside and it takes just as long. Additionally, when I ordered inside, my order was completely wrong. I ordered a cheese burger animal style with some add-ons and was given a normal double double. As I was waiting in line to order several people, at least 3, went up to the counter to say their order was also wrong and had to wait additional time to receive their correct order. It seems as if the staff is mostly young high school students who don't have a supervisor on the clock so the workers just mess around. I will not be returning to this in-n-out because of the awful...

I went to In-N-Out today and I accidentally forgot my wallet at home one of the employees Taylor covered my food and was so kind about it I was so embarrassed because I know I had money I just happened to forget my wallet at home which can happen to anybody at any time and the fact that I didn't have to go all the way home and come back to pay for my food was so kind and generous I am so grateful to to them honestly I cried on my way home it's been awhile since somebody did something kind for me it was a hard day hence why I forgot my wallet and this was just a very kind thing for another human to do for a stressed out Mama. I already contacted their customer service to let them know what an amazing team they have at Carmel mountain but please support them in any way that you...
