i went on 12/23/22 5:30 AM more or less for a early Breakfast I got the big breakfast and a large iced coffee. i was greeted by the cashier and got my order taken i got my order quickly very surprised so i sat down and eat my breakfast and it was hot and everything was how it was supposed to be. the eggs were fluffy the bacon way crispy but the hash brown where on point i thought i was in a Mcdonald's commercial it was crispy on the out outside and perfect on the inside i had to buy 2 more they were that good so i like alot of syrup on my pancakes and i asked for an extra syrup i asked how much $ do i owe you the guy said her you are no extra charge normally i get charged extra for that so i was eating my food and noticed everyone "employes" where doing something the manager was taking care of business the dining area was clean person entered to place their order and they where out in less than 6 minutes with order in hand the drive thru was the same in and out and nobody was running around trying to ketchup they were cool just another day at the office the cashier he was very friendly helpful greeted you ask how your day is going to every customer that came in great kid
i know it's just mcdonald's but this place is how customer should be treted very impressive i have been to alot of mcdonalds and they could be shown a few lessons from this...
Read moreThis is a review solely based on the customer service I received on the morning of Saturday, April 27th. I was off to a horrible start of the day when I stopped by this McDonald's for a quick bite to eat before work. Christopher, the young man at the counter who took my order had some of the most outstanding customer service I have ever received. He greeted me the moment I stepped into the store with a very welcoming tone of voice (not the typical monotone greeting you get from a worker who can't wait to clock out) and a friendly disposition. He took my order and actually seemed interested when he asked how my day was going. It was a relatively quick interaction but he noticed that I was not having the best day and even cracked a joke to try to lighten me up.
Overall, I was very impressed with the way he did his job. Christopher made sure I was genuinely greeted and taken care of immediately upon entering the store, he asked about my day, made sure my order was correct, charged me accordingly, cracked a joke to lighten my mood and even checked if everything was okay with my meal when I was eating. This young man is an excellent employee. The food was average McDonald's food so nothing to complain about there but the customer service experience I had will make this location the only one I will be going to from now on. Read moreI’ve had the worst experience here a few days ago. I had ordered a large iced caramel macchiato, they tried giving me hot caramel macchiato when I specified iced twice. The person giving me the food was giving attitude because they clearly made the mistake. Once my food was received , I checked my food like every other place, I asked for my French fries well done no salt due to my heart condition I don’t eat much salt due to sodium. The fries had a bunch of salt and were soggy. I had told the cashier they had salt, she took them bare handed and asked the supervisor/manager if there was salt, they said no and tried giving them back. I rubbed my fingers on the fries which A LOT of salt came off onto my fingers and I showed them. They still got upset and were saying there’s no salt and weren’t trying to remake the order. I ended up having to park a few feet ahead to get there fries no salt and beverage. The lady who brought out the food had an attitude which caused her to drop the food and I had to wait longer. I will not return. Guest service as in good attitude and correcting orders shall be a priority not a problem. If there was a 0 star rating,...
