Subway — Restaurant in San Diego

I'm a regular visitor to this Subway and I have been for many years now. It's been the same solid sandwiches and respectful employees every time. (The only thing that has changed is the price, and now one custom turkey footlong costs $12 without a tip. Wow.) The cookies are great after the sandwich and I think I won't stop coming to the Subway. Every time I get a sandwich, I either get enough in my sandwich, or a bit extra, and the employee never puts very little of any ingredient, which I appreciate. For anyone living in the area, this is the perfect place to get some food if you can't make any that night or want to treat yourself. I just hope everyone's salary increases over time so we can make up for this...

I was very disappointed about the pretzel and the chicken n cheese dipper I ordered today. Please do not order them...there was nothing much in the wrap...and the size was small even though it's promoted as a footlong size. It's considered as advertising fraud when the TV images of their food do not match the real thing. So, it's not worth the $4.00...not even S1.00. The pretzel was old and tough ... and over baked... and, again, it's not worth $3.00. But, I think their sauces were pretty good. So, friends...do not fall for their new food promotion for it's all...

The gal taking care of us had beautiful long braided red hair down past her butt. Not sure why or when putting long hair in a protective cover stopped though. Vegies looked old and tired. Lettuce was wilting, pickles were not the right color. No Swiss cheese. Ordered a wrap and got it on flat bread. Had to tell the prepper what meats went on my sandwich. Then she wrapped / rolled the wrap into the prep paper. WTH! Place was clean, but no one there so must be easy to keep it clean. Will not go back here. Not sure how they stay...
