I ordered using UberEats. We spent $70 on multiple items and we were so excited to try this place because we love Thai. It was a mistake. This place is the worst! Customer service, the quality, all terrible. I hate to throw away and/or waste food but I wouldn’t even give this food away. I will never eat here again and would highly recommend trying other Thai restaurants in the area. I should’ve read reviews before ordering... apparently more than one person found things in their food.
On top of all of that, Mike, who claimed to be the owner, was extremely disrespectful. Initially, I called to let them know my order was incorrect. Upon speaking to him, he, very rudely, informed me it was my fault, not theirs. Apparently, I didn’t realize the pineapple fried rice came with shrimp (my mistake) because when prompted to add a meat on the app, I selected chicken. If I wasn’t allergic, I would just pick out the shrimp myself. That said, my order was wrong, he was condescending and continued to laugh while I, politely, asked if he could rectify the situation. He said, “yeah, you can place another order” and that he wasn’t going to rectify my mistake. He just kept laughing and followed up by saying “go ahead and write your bad review, I don’t care.”
There are so many amazing restaurants owned and operated by people who work so hard and appreciate their customers... then there is Mike. You can’t be rude and have bugs and random items (see previous reviews with photos on Yelp) in your food, Mike. Get...
Read morePear cuisine was a sister to kati thai house. Kati thai had such good food so when they closed we began going to pear cuisine. They've had two owners since then yet this owner now & all employees are their for everything you want. Great team and their food has gone up with new owner, I usually get pineapple fried rice(extra egg, green onions, no meat, & if you don't want certain ingredients they'll pull them no prob,) curry(Panang & green curry) I get extra coconut to make it milker & thicker and its just delicious, almost perfect. I don't say perfect because they always surprise me and the food is like butter melting in your mouth but honestly its one of the best Thai places I ever been to. Btw I went there other day and for some reason there was an extra dish, I thought shoot they gave us the wrong order but no everything was there with an extra dish. I believe it was thick noodles with green and red peppers, chicken, onions, some kind of leave, not bay and ground up sausage with eggs, there is the extra start to make it 5 because although I don't know what the dish was, god as my witness I never eat early, never but when I tasted that dish, butta in your mouth, it was so da* good. Im picky and very hard to please but they have outdone themselves and the new owner and chef both do a great job making the par cuisine a great place to eat and always gives you what...
Read moreI dined here yesterday 5/22 around 1pm, very strange experience indeed. So I walked in just after a group of 4 who the man showed to a table in the corner. I was by myself and was left to wait at the bar for a couple of minutes. When the guy came back out I greeted him and asked if I “should seat myself or…” The man asked if I knew what I wanted to eat. I was a little confused, as I was still standing at the bar, and said I wanted to eat there. He told me to pick what I wanted and then asked me to pay first. This was very unusual as I had just watched him seat the group of 4 without the same treatment. Normally, I would have just walked out at that point, but the whole situation had me stumped to be honest. So I payed for my meal and was shown to a seat. The fellow continued to be very impolite, which made me regret staying, but he had already charged my card. I must say the food was pretty good, but this guy was extremely off-putting. May I suggest to the guy if he reads this, perhaps you should consider a job at the DMV, where your deadpan and rude nature might be more tolerable...
