Subway — Restaurant in San Diego

This Subway has definitely gone on a spiral down hill. It used to have great customer service not it feels as if when customers come in we disturb employees inappropriate music. I recently reached out to the owner of this store about an order I placed a few days ago online. I placed the order online and on arrival the location was closed. Why was my order accepted and why did it say your location is 24 hours. There owner replied with I will investigate but why was I still charged for an order I didn't receive? And why have I yet to hear from you? It's been a few days now and I noticed the hours have changed now for all except one day... Your team definitely needs to figure something out. At this point I'd prefer to go to another location from now on. I will update my post when I hear back from the owner this is definitely not how you run a business or how you would want to...

Ordered online and I got the wrong bread. As soon as I opened my sandwich bacon was burnt. Condiments look horrible. Old nasty and half the sandwich had half of my ingredients not the complete sandwich. Left a help review but one here too so people know what happens in this subway. Go check my pictures on yelp trust me you won’t want to eat there ever again. Try to contact the store numerous time they kept canceling my calls and they even picked up and when I said something the hung the phone up. Who ever is working the 12am-3am on 8/10/2020 is a horrible employee or staff that they have. Not green peppers and hardly any lettuce. Employees have nasty attitude and service from what I see. Avoid this place at all cost if you want to stay alive...

I went there a couple of weeks ago about 11pm, the staff was nice but there was a cockroach in the dining are that walked all the way from the back. I let the staff know, they killed it and went on like nothing had happened. Today when I went in and there was a girl talking to some people at a table. Once she saw me she walked behind the counter, but the was no "helo, how are you doing?, welcome to sumbway" nothing. She just stood there for a few moments as I looked at the menus and walked away saying "let me know when you are ready" she wasny rude per say but the way she went about things did make me feel like I was bothering her.
