I was visiting this area last night and happened to stop by here, the woman that was the cashier was extremely dry and had no customer service skills, i asked for shredded beef nachos and instead she gave me a shredded beef taco instead. I realized it when i got to my friends house and went back. Read moreI work at a senior citizen property across the street. I ordered 10 beef and chicken burritos from Robertacos for a senior citizen event, and it was a complete disaster. The burritos were delivered within 10 minutes, which should have been a red flag right away. When I returned to the senior citizen property with the burritos, I discovered that the chicken had a foul smell and both burritos were pink inside, indicating they were undercooked.
I immediately returned to Robertacos with the untouched burritos and requested a refund, but they refused to give me my money back. The lack of quality control and customer service is appalling.
