Robertacos — Restaurant in San Diego

I was visiting this area last night and happened to stop by here, the woman that was the cashier was extremely dry and had no customer service skills, i asked for shredded beef nachos and instead she gave me a shredded beef taco instead. I realized it when i got to my friends house and went back. I was calm and just told her she gave me the wrong item, she then gave me a stupid look and i said look i read my order off my phone to you so i know what i asked for, she never even apoligized for wasting my damn time all i know is i will never come here again, There are so many people without jobs that would like to be in her place and Be happy to help customers out , i paid the difference for the correct item but she couldnt even offer something to make it right, She made me waste my...

I work at a senior citizen property across the street. I ordered 10 beef and chicken burritos from Robertacos for a senior citizen event, and it was a complete disaster. The burritos were delivered within 10 minutes, which should have been a red flag right away. When I returned to the senior citizen property with the burritos, I discovered that the chicken had a foul smell and both burritos were pink inside, indicating they were undercooked.

I immediately returned to Robertacos with the untouched burritos and requested a refund, but they refused to give me my money back. The lack of quality control and customer service is appalling. I would not recommend ordering from Robertacos if you value your health and your money. Stay away from this establishment...

The lady that works there with the short hair is the worst. When she gives you your change back. You usually count it. While your counting it she opens the drive thru window and says your change is all there. Rude, very narrow minded. Have been going there for years. Roberto's lost a life time customer. Also, ordered some carrots from her. She forgot to give them to me. I said, what about my carrots? She said oh yeah.
