The service is absolutely terrible, one of the staff Bianca was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked she should be more mindful of how she speaks to her customers she said “ you’re the one giving me attitude” mind you, I was patiently waiting for someone to acknowledge me so I can order, and when she came she was already coming with a hostile attitude , poor customer service and absolute rudeness. I asked kindly and politely if I may have orange juice instead of the milk and apple sauce and I’ll pay for it. She said no we don’t give that. I said please can I have orange juice knowing that they have it in the fridge behind her. With hostility she put the drink on the countertop . We had a ham and cheese and a BLT sandwich. They were both outstanding!! The bread was sturdy and held the sandwiches together perfectly. The kettle chips that came with the sandwich were delicious. The service was quick and the restaurant was clean. Hard to believe we were eating ‘zoo food’…! They also had various ice cream sundaes, which looked amazing. Next time we will try one. Great sandwiches to enjoy during your stroll through the zoo. They are filling and tasty. Best one is Curried Chicken Salad Naan. Grilled Cheese Gormet was alright and Vegetarian was very good.
