So there are so many Mexican restaurants to choose from in the area but this one serves three main purposes for me!!! The food is always good, crunchy rolled tacos that are still good after 30 min (when I eat too fast and have to wait to finish the last one 😂), the view from the parking lot is AMAZING, and it's the one restaurant that my daughter told me she likes so I always think of her when I go and I feel close to her ❤️ Also try both green sauces!!!!! You won't be disappointed!!!!! Shout out to Jenna, I miss you sweetie ❤️🫶

Love a "taco shop" that has a drive thru! And I love it when they hand me my food and the guys says "OK - see you tomorrow". I like the shrimp burrito, the 3 floutas with all the fixings or if I'm there in the morning I'll go with the chorizo breakfast burrito - my daughter likes the buenas dias without potatoes. I just updated my photos because they have updated their menu. I'm a bit confused as to why a breakfast burrito that has egg, bacon and potatoes is the same price as a burrito that has carne asada.

Absolutely killer cali burrito with carnitas. Perfect sear with crunchy maillard on the meat, and the burrito was massive. Kept me full the entire day. Churro was also very good, but you should eat it while it’s hot and fresh. Staff was courteous and very helpful, would definitely come again

Convenient location to where I get my vehicle washed in Scripps Ranch. I have always had good experiences at other Santana's, so I knew I couldn't go wrong here. Santana's is the only Mexican food establishment that I know of that serves anything with mushrooms, which are one of my favorites. So I treated myself to a Quesomush, which is their quesadilla with chicken and mushrooms. It is very tasty. On a different subject, there always seems to be something out-of-whack with Santana's Mens' restrooms! The location on Morena Blvd. had something funky going on, and this location was no different! Funny how weird maintenance in the restroom can provide an aside to good food, but someone should take note and fix these weird issues. It lowers my rating one star on what would have...

Im honestly just giving a 4 star because the food still good but the salsas omg whoever is making them needs to refer to the recipe book. I thought the salsa brava had green tomatillos but seems like it only has straight burnt chillies. I nearly passed threw up from the burnt taste. It used to be spicy but now its imma give u heart burn then imma make u taste the spice and then if ur lucky ill let u taste your food. Whoever thought that salsas were meant to ruin your food needs to not be in the food industry. Please someone come get this cook and have them just take orders at register please for the love of God. I want my esophagus back. Lol nah but for...

I am from Albuquerque and man in this town, hot means mild too me. This place their hot is really hot and I like that. I am not a meat eater, so can't comment on the rest of the menu. I like their veggie options. The potato tacos are great and lots of veggies in it. I work next door and have been working late the past month and my house is 30 miles away and I have been a regular. The light Tacos are just enough for a late dinner. The picked carrots, radishes and roasted poblanos in the salsa bar are great and almost cleansing. The competition next door is also good but this one tops it. There are plenty of these in San Diego but so far this is...
