Wow, this Starbucks is absolutely beautiful. It’s honestly one of the biggest and most stunning lobbies I’ve ever seen. I actually traveled just to visit this location because I’d heard so many great things and couldn’t wait to experience it for myself. I was even excited to capture some content of the gorgeous setup, but unfortunately, my experience with Lark really changed the tone of my visit.
When I asked for two cups of ice, Lark told me I needed to make a purchase first. I was happy to do so, but after I paid, he didn’t say a single word. He just walked away without handing me my receipt, leaving me standing there at the register until another partner noticed I was waiting. His energy felt cold and unwelcoming, and instead of offering even a simple thank you or acknowledgment, he carried on as if I wasn’t there.
What really disappointed me was that the entire interaction felt rushed, dismissive, and honestly rude. There was laughter during the order that didn’t feel friendly—it felt like we were being laughed at, not with. As someone who used to be a Starbucks barista, I know what great service and genuine connection look like, and this wasn’t it.
I’ve always loved Starbucks for its warmth, consistency, and community feel. I’m a loyal customer and tumbler collector, and visiting new stores is something I truly enjoy. But this visit made me feel unwelcome in a place that’s supposed to feel like a little home away from home. I left feeling disappointed and bummed that I didn’t even feel comfortable staying to enjoy the beautiful space I’d come to see.
This store has so much potential, and I really hope this feedback encourages more kindness, attentiveness, and genuine connection with guests...
Read moreI usually only ever order pick up through the Starbucks app. I don’t order at the counter and I don’t order at the drive-through. However, there has been three times where the lobby has been closed and I have not been able to get my order. It’s very frustrating when I order ahead on purpose to skip a line and skip the drive-through only to be sent back to the extremely long drive-through because other people who ordered ahead now have to sit in the drive-through as well. One of the times that I was actually patient and waited for my drink in the extremely long, drive-through line. I was extremely late for work. I hate to be the one to make a big deal out of this or even leave a review about it, but it really is ridiculous. If you’re going to close the lobby, then turn off the ability to order through the app. It completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead, so you can just pick it up at the counter. if I had known that the lobby was closed, I would’ve never ordered in the first place. I called the store to see what I can do about getting a refund. They gave me a number to call but then they told me "sorry for the inconvenience". 'Sorry for the inconvenience'? You took away the only convenient thing that was part of ordering from the store and now you’re saying sorry for it? like be for real. The line literally wraps around the whole building and goes out into the street. when I walked up to the door, I could see through the window that there was at least 10 to 15 drinks stacked up on the counter from other people who...
Read moreI finally had my last straw with this location today and had to make a review. I been coming to this Starbucks for about 5 months now since working near by I always order half decaf. On multiple situations I’ve had to specify please make sure whomever is making my they know half decaf of 2/3 etc. I have even had to make it a point during my ordering it’s due to medical conditions that are sever health risk bc many times I would know they didn’t make it right even though they assured me it was . Today I ordered a single shot Americano and there is no way in heck you can tell this color is a single shot!!!!! . At any other Starbucks it’s always a light brown but this Starbucks for whatever reason this location never gets it right. I understand these young people are rushing . However they do not take into consideration the way people order per person are not just to be picky , and in many cases need to be taken most seriously rather then rushing people in and out. I will not be back to this location , and much rather go to another location where my money and tips are not risking me heart palpitations or spasm every time they give me an order incorrectly the last 5 months . This color in this cup is easily a million words at least 3-4 caffeinated shots of caffeine like a normal Americano .
