Subway — Restaurant in San Diego

The manager was in the back of the store for at least 5 minutes before walking out wherecustomers had been waiting and trying to get her attention by rattling the tip jar banging on the counter and saying hello before she emerged from hiding and leaving the restaurant unattended and then she claiming she couldn’t hear me after she just served customers and had a whole conversation in Spanish giving attitude and proceeded to squirt a half an ounce of sweet onion sauce on a 6 inch sandwich after pretending she didn’t hear me and accepted a $50 bill without checking to see if it was counterfeit or not. Proceeded to refuse to give me the number to corporate or a receipt identifying as the store manager with great hostility after she had an attitude because I ordered a sandwich. She was a Hispanic woman and had no problem assisting the customer ahead of me who just so happened to be Hispanic and showed great customer service until it was my turn and never checked the woman’s bills but couldn’t give the same respect and started touching the register to ring up cookies and refused to wash her hands and said she didn’t touch the register yet she just rang 6 cookies up and tried to touch my sandwich and had the audacity to not wash her hands after handling the register and cross contaminating my sandwich and all other vegetables she touched deeming it a health and safety violation per Osha and food sanitary requirements of California in which I will be contacting the food and safety administration as well as Osha and any other government regulators that oversee this facility for multiple health issues which may affect the public because of food poisoning concerns I now have due to the management not washing her hands. It always looks unsanitary and the manager was on camera in which I plan on filling a discriminatory civil suit against her for discrimination....

I always like Subway as the food there is guite healthy. The Subway at the City College Trolley Stop serves both the Blue and Orange lines and many centrally located bus stops.The staff there is always very friendly - a Subway trademark - and the food is fresh! I like the daily menu specials (My favourite is the Thursday, Italian Sub.).The service is usually fast, friendly and the hand prepared subs are awesome: I like to watch my order as it is prepared in front of me as I wait. A bag of chips and a large drink - the lg.is the best deal - complement the meal. The steak sub.specials or other specials - as advertised, are often a very good deal too. Sometimes they could wipe down the tables however, I blame such only on a few inconsiderate people - often the "new millennial android generation"... The same young people who don't know what the word,"handicapped" means, whether it be in English or Spanish; especially on the Trolley or busses; the latter is just a noted comment and doesn't affect my...

I was served by the manager who was visibly upset the entire time I was in line and spoke to everyone like they were a criminal. This woman hates her job and her kitchen is nasty. The FDA would shut this location down if they saw how lacking in sanitization there was. She reused this nasty glove repeatedly and semi washed one hand. It is clear that she has not had food handlers training or doesn't care. The bathroom smells like dead people, literally, someone should check this passageway. No ppm at all, no cleaning rags, no counter cleaning. Additionally, Subway advertises this wonderful protein bowl, all the pictures are so full and vibrant. See the picture of the actual substandard, pitiful product they are actually giving the customers. She gave me dirty soiled napkins to go with my meal. So...
