Convenient location for a quick bite to eat espicially for people like who have busy schedules and need to eat on the go.
I want to specifically address the staff and will call out said staff member by name "Joey" he was extremely unprofessional and needs a sharp reminder of what customer service and professional respect means. I am going through the drive through and waited for someone to answer, upon answering I told him I needed a minute or so to read the menu as a special item I was interested I saw was not listed so I asked politely if they still carried it, he said "its on menu just look at it", I replied that the item is not listed. So I described it to him and he said that they still have it, and what else do you want, so I said give me moment please I'm reading the menu. Just his insistence that I hurry up was very unwelcoming and sign to me that I'm wasting his time. I drive up to the window and I ask him if he does that to everyone and he responds "yes". So management you need to remind him that every one customer is just as important as the next one because we all need ample to read the menu and order properly in order to avoid mistakes which leads me to my next part of my review, which deals directly with the food.
I asked for my fries to be prepared with no salt, the fries I received were salted but were cold, Joey said that the fries were already out and ready, so that indicates that they were not prepared fresh. I also order a strawberry shake, and upon taking a sip of it not even 2 minutes later to discover that it's 60% melted, as if the shake machine motor was not working properly or this same shake had been sitting out for an extended period of time. And finally the burrito, I asked for it to be prepared without the special sauce and I take a bite and it is covered in that sauce.
Listening, professionalism and patience with this location all receive an F. And this location has permanently lost...
Read moreThe workers here all deserve a raise and earn 5 stars as I know they put up with some shiatzu sacrum nonsense from a lot of us EBT Homeless tore up from the floor up peeps. I appreciate them for all they do. The manager can kiss my grits and I don't go there if he is anywhere near the register as he seems to have a jalapeno chip n cheese on his shoulder about customers that are on EBT and know how to take advantage of the Del Rewards. Look nobody really wants to be having to be reduced to a 7 dollar total daily meal budget so stop trying "catch" people that are just using coupons etc. the reason you don't see these deals is because you don't need to even be concerned. They aren't point driven they are enticement to get us in the door. If you are having to ignore people in the lobby while you tend to drive thru odds are good you are loosing money. The night time guys you hired are much more fun and one of them is gonna take your job if you don't pull that stick out and be a little nicer. Oh and what is the deal with al that black crap coming out the vents? A special muy Bien to the ladies and their occasional side dude for keeping the food delicious but bringing it up front when it gets hectic. I think Del Taco is close if not already beating JBX in some America's most popular something. It's that EBT clientele that's bringing that I can almost guarantee so don't hate us cause we are doing the best we can with...

Has small parking lot. Bathroom, public. Decent amount of seats & tables. Good range of condiments, including mild to hot. You may have to ask if they have something, some items behind counter & not self serve. The deals & specials usually are posted, visible on windows from outside. Breakfast menu, with eggs.
I've usually had decent service here. I've rarely gone here (may go more often now that I've seen they have epic burritos).
Recommend higher cost or larger versions of items, since usually lower cost per unit/amount of food (cost rate), compared to lower cost or smaller versions of items. You usually get more bang or food per buck with larger or higher cost versions of items. Not just because of price break for larger or higher cost items. The lower cost or smaller versions of items tend to have less filling (proportionately lower filling than bread/wrapping/shells, compared to higher priced or larger food options; lower cost or smaller items tend to be more bread/wrapping/shells; if you want more of the filling content, recommend higher priced & larger items; tends to be worth it for better/more wholesome meal/food. If you want proportionately more bread/wrapping/shells than filling, then the lower cost or smaller items may better fit...
