Scam, Scam, Scam..This place deserves no stars… This place is most definitely scamming!!!!! First when I made my reservation over the phone with a an agent I was informed that there would be no deposit if I paid cash, then while checking in I was informed I needed to pay $100 in cash if I pay with a debit, and $200 deposit if I pay with cash. So of course I paid with a debit. There a older white man who was checking me in and was clearly under the influence he was acting sluggish, slow responses with his words. He had small talk with me informing me he lives in a uhaul parked on the corner!!! Its the middle of the night and I just needed to lay my kids down. There was a gentleman checking out and was upset because he told the man I gave you $100 and your saying it was $20..he then proceeded to tell me be careful here!! As he left.I didn’t pay attention to it!! I should’ve known then just to leave!!! The rooms are old and not update at all!! My family and I never slept under the covers because we felt uncomfortable. We had our own blankets and pillows!!! and my nephew said there was blood on the wall, and the air conditioning was leaking water all night long.. it was time to check out and I asked for my deposit! But this time there was a young Latin lady working in the front, this was the manager who lived there with her six kids and baby daddy and I know that because the man last night said the manager stays there with all her kids who always running around! Being hella loud and destructive…The manager made a call to the housekeeper about the room and the manager informed me I would not be getting my deposit back because the towels were wet and there was urine in the bed!!!! What??? Of course the towels are wet because we took a shower and the A/C was leaking. The was no urine in the bed because my kids have diapers on. I asked to see paperwork where by $100 deposit covers wet towels…I knew then the game and I wasn’t getting my $100 back.. I blow up and demanded my money of course I couldn’t get it and she called the police!! I never committed a crime so I didn’t understand that!! Of course the police came and informed me they were not able to do anything and this is civil no crime was committed!!! The worst thing was chips on the floor but that’s what housekeeping is there for!! I have stayed in many rooms and the excuse she was giving was clearly her way to just pocket my $100 They are scamming people out of there and money probably using customers card information.. this place needs to be investigated and have the city called on them!!!! Do not go here!!! SCAM,...

The Latino man at the front desk was extremely rude and was taking out his frustration on me for arriving 50 minutes before check-in (at 2:10 PM). My flight had arrived early, and I had luggage with me, so I just wanted to inquire about what my options were. I did not control what time my plane landed, and I obviously do not know what other customers are trying to do. Before I could even open my mouth, he said, "If you're here to check in right now, I can't help you. Everyone is trying to check in early, and I can't get any work done." This is not the way you greet a customer. I had planned on simply changing clothes, dropping off my luggage, and then going to the beach. Since my room wouldn't be ready before 3:00 PM (which is fine), I asked him if there was a restroom in the lobby where I could change into beach attire. He told me that there is, but I couldn't use it because "customers make a mess." This made me really confused, and I started pondering what I should do. I couldn't go to the beach wearing the same clothes that I wore to fly into San Diego. He eventually saw me looking concerned and allowed me to use the restroom to change. I left my luggage at the front, went to the beach, and came back later that evening to check in. The room, as a whole, was not convenient. The closest outlet was in the far left corner, but the bed was more toward the right side of the room. It was really hard to charge my phone and keep it close while I slept. The desk lamp didn't work, so the only light that worked was the one on my nightstand and the bathroom light. At night, it was getting cold, so I asked the front desk staff if I could have just one extra blanket. They told me, "No, sorry. Only one blanket per customer." There were stains on the bathroom door, and overall, I did not have a pleasant experience. I wouldn't encourage anyone to stay in this hotel unless they...

Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived very early for an all day event and the staff was nice enough to allow us to park during the day. $20/day so you know added to the hotel price which is rediculous. They also add $100 deposit to your charge and tell you it will be back in 24 hours. What an absolute lie. This hotel is surely scamming people out of every dollar they can. The room was disgusting. First glance we notice furniture is chipped and old, the walls haven't been cleaned in years I am sure. The floors were covered in scratches and there were random items left in the room making it appear that the cleaning staff didn't do a very thorough job at all. Upon further notice we discovered blood on the sheets of one bed after sleeping in them. All the staff did was say, im so sorry for that I'll cover your parking fee. $20? I could get a number of infections or diseases and they assume $20 is credit enough. BTW after we paid for the room we were informed there's no hot water so no showers for our stay. We spent the whole day in a dirt lot to come back and be told no shower after already paying. The location was not the safest, random people searching for drugs wandering around all hours of the night. This hotel is rundown and needs to be condemned and remodeled. From the amount of 1 star reviews just in the last month I'm surprised they haven't been shut down. We've been attempting to contact the hotel for hours and it takes several minutes for then to answer then we just get left on an endless hold. Do not give this business your money!!! If I could give 0 stars that would...

I gave 1 star because the hotel staff was so super nice. But to be totally honest we were very disappointed in this hotel. For a Wyndham hotel it was the second worst looking place I have ever stayed in. The pictures online must have been taken when it was first built. It's a run down hotel with a sketchy looking elevator that gave me the worst anxiety every time I used it. No plug for the tub so no bath for me.....why have a tub at all?!? Horribly patched walls. No fire extinguisher, no water sprinklers....if a fire started we would have been in trouble. Who knows if the smoke detector worked. The hot water was scalding. Cracks in the walls. Everything was old, dented, scratched up or rusting. Refrigerator didn't work so I couldn't keep my insulin cold. Ice machine on our floor didn't have ice, 3rd floor didn't either. Had to go down to the 2nd floor just for ice. We couldn't control the air conditioner, we'd set it to one temp and it would randomly change. There was no mention online that you had to pay $20 a night to park. And for two nights all we could smell was marijuana coming from somewhere into our room. Not what I expected from a Wyndham property!

My wife and I picked this hotel because the location was close to our event, had free breakfast, was pet friendly and had okay reviews. BUT the experience was terrible. The breakfast was these ration packs full of sugar snacks (see picture). I had taken my dog out to pee at around 5am at the turf patch they had. I assumed they were for the dogs cause they are a “dog friendly” hotel but when I took my dog out to pee here, the hotel manager yelled at me to take him out to the street cause, he yelled “it’ll stink”. There were no signs posted about that area not being for dogs. This part of town was not the safest. Loud noises every night. Loud cars (cause it was close to a freeway exit), people yelling, broken glass, people smoking pot on the street, shady characters. The pictures of the room online DO NOT match the actual rooms. I wasn’t even going to bother to leave a review but that manager had the audacity to tell me to go to outside of the property to the unsafe area of the street for my dog to pee at 5am… that was truly what got us hating on this place. We couldn’t wait to go home.

I stayed here for a convention work trip and was disappointed in the quality of my room. It looks very dated and not well kept. Towel racks were broken and missing, the flooring in the bathroom was peeling, the dresser had two of the three drawers busted and hanging on by a screw and most concerning to me was that the secondary lock on the main door was broken and missing. Overall, it just felt very gross, unsanitary, and unsafe. I stayed two nights before finding better accommodations for the rest of the week. When I was packing my things, I found food under the bed I had slept in, leftover from a previous guest. This made me question how thoroughly they cleaned the rooms. Unfortunately this was my first and probably last time staying at a Days inn. I had thought it would have been better since it was a Wyndham property and had convention center in their title. The staff I interacted with were kind but I don't think they are given the tools or support to meet the needs of guests.
